I was deceived and harmed.
After a month of sending everything they asked for, including video verification, they blocked my account and took my money. I had $632 there, with $500 deposited. By law and according to the terms, they should at least return my deposit, but they didn't even do that. Stay away from this site, they are extremely dishonest.

Worst customer experience
I had 75 free spins bonus and i won 4$. Almost instantly on the same slot i lost them. I deposited 500usd after that and played black jack. Won over 400USD. Canceled the bonus which was already played and lost... they took my winnings! SCAM!!!! The explanation that when a bonus is canceled any winnings associated with it are confiscated! SCAM SCAM SCAM! SO U TAKE WINNINGS THAT ARE WON FAIR WITH A DEPOSIT OF 500$ BECAUSE OF AN ACTIVE BONUS OF 4$ THAT IS ALREADY PLAYED AND LOST. HORRBILE SITE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT! TRASH STAY AWAY!

The worst casino – don’t be fooled!I played at this casino and won €2,000. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they refused. They claimed that I was not allowed to play from my country — yet they had no problem accepting my deposits.As soon as it came to paying out my winnings, suddenly there were “issues.” If I had lost, I’m sure they wouldn’t have said anything. But because I won, they are now saying I wasn’t allowed to play from that country.Scammers! Do not trust them!

Scammers. I won 2000, but they will not send winnings, because Im aparently in wrong country (UK). If I lose, nobody would care where am I from.Do not even try to play, if you want to keep your money in the pocket.
