Long time coming but worth the wait.
I ordered the sofa and found out later that it wasn't in the warehouse like they thought and it would take a few months before they got it. OK, I hoped it was worth waiting for (and it was) but a few months turned into 6 months. I wish they would have kept me updated with my having to call them. But it's here now and very much enjoyed. Yes, I would order from them again.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Sent fabric swatches so I could select the best fabric for our couch, chair and ottoman. Delivered sooner than expected. I definitely recommend Wicker Warehouse.

My First Wicker Warehouse Purchase Was Amazing & Stress-Free
My purchase from Wicker Warehouse far exceeded my expectation in all aspects of buying furniture from a company that I had never worked with previously. From the very beginning of the process, researching and gathering information, to organizing the purchase, payment and shipment of my new dresser. Andrea was most helpful and accommodating in assisting as my delivery revolved around my availability to travel to the delivery destination in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for it's arrival. The white glove delivery service was flawless and he even provided some helpful maintenance tips for this specific Nassau dresser. I am looking forward to my next purchases from Wicker Warehouse in the near future!

Customer service was so helpful in knowing what size replacement cushions I needed. She was also knowledgeable about the type of fabric to choose. The cushions arrived quicker than expected.

Good Experience
Shipped quickly and well made product. I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy the wicker hamper is. Solid! It was also shipped very quickly and arrived without any damage or problems. I am not the biggest fan of the tea-wash color as it is a little more red than I was expecting. I will likely stain or paint it at some point in the future. That said, I would not hesitate to order another wicker product from the Wicker Warehouse.

I replaced earlier Wicker Warehouse cabinet unit, purchased over 20 years ago. Same design different color, a bit larger. Has different hanging area. Have to wait for handyman to hang it. Senior citizen here. Love it!

even though there was a small delay in…
even though there was a small delay in the delivery of my Bombay chest , Andrea kept me well informed when it shipped. I was so pleased when it arrived. The Bombay chest is so beautiful and a lovely accent with extra storage . The quality is top notch!!

Quality was poor
Quality was poor. I didn’t realize it until I had thrown out the box and had someone hang the cabinet that the doors were crooked and there was a dark spot on the white wash cabinet.

The order was easy to place. I called them and they helped me over the phone. The furniture came when they said it would and it was beautiful. Came in perfect condition. The driver helped me unbox and move into the room. I would recommend these folks.
