Purchased PRS NF53 . Wrote to David Caperton 2 times one on 1/14/26 and follow up 1/23/26. Looking for information to address Fret issue. David did not respond. Surprised to see all the bad reviews. I’ve had several experiences with them(I kept replacing screens and breaking them again) and they’ve all been shipped relatively quickly. One time I even bought the wrong screen and after contacting them they sent me a free return label to ship it back. This is a big deal because I live in Anchorage and shipping can get expensive.

I can’t give 0 stars cause that’s what they deserve! they are basically thief’s! They charged me for a replacement screen I never received, sent tons of email no one bothered to return any.. how is this called if not simply robbery!! Seriously stay away from these guys, I be been shopping online for years, never such things happened to me…

Bad Shipping
I ordered a new screen on a Wednesday and it had 3-4 business days of shipping. It took until the following Tuesday and me reaching out for the realization that the product I had ordered had not even shipped. When told I would taken care of the product took an additional 3-4 days to get to my house. To top it off the screen broke when I was installing it.

Slow shipping, won't let me return product!
Ordered an iPhone replacement screen, next day I received shipping confirmation. Product shipped 5 days later and arrived almost two weeks after the order was placed. They offer free returns but won't provide an Return Authorization to return the product. Save yourself the time and hassle and order from a quality site like A***zon

This is the way businesses should be ran 5 star they sent me out a new screen a genuine screen for my iPhone 11 I replaced the new one that they sent out had glitches in it I emailed the company wholesale warehouse and very politely they sent me out a new oneAnd just asked in return to return the first one sent I received the new one which is perfect and Company sent me a return printable receipt to go back I cannot complain this is how business should be when there’s a problem the company fixes it wholesale warehouse Gave me a six star Quality

So I ordered a iPhone XR screen
So I ordered a iPhone XR screen and the first unit came defective I'm assuming it was during shipping but I texted support on the website chat service and they texted me the next day via phone number and were very understanding and told me I had a replacement on the way they sent me the tracking number and a return label for the first unit and the second one came in one day later like we all love 1 day shipping definitely would order parts from here if my phone breaks but very thankful and the screen looks great and fits well.

I was skeptical of this company at first but they were the only one offering the iphone se 2020 screen I needed. Took a chance and they delivered it but the post office was unable to process it and described it as an insufficient address and returned it. Tried to contact customer support and sent them a couple emails but they have not responded. They have not refunded my money .Some of the worst customer service I have experienced from a company in a while. If you do order from them you better hope nothing goes wrong because they might not even return your emails if you try to contact them. Thankfully the order was only 30ish dollars. If you can I would highly recommend any other reputable business besides this one to order from. Thankfully I actually found my screen on amazon for around the same price, so I'll be purchasing it from there.Edit: they have since reached out to me and refunded my purchase.
