SOOO glad I switched to Wholesale Payments!

I just got off the phone with CSR Janie Lozoya - SHE IS WONDERFUL!!!! Honestly, every time I've called Customer Service the reps have been outstanding, I've been with this company for almost 3 years - great products, great service - even my sales rep Matt Zarcone still checks to make sure they are meeting my business needs. So glad I switched to Wholesale Payments!

Very unhappy

Very unhappyWas with since 2021 and recently they deactivated the account due to said a tax id number showed up differently. They never notified us by phone or mail. We found when went to open the account online and would not open They kept charging fees to the account. They said would work on a refund if we reactivated but if not then no refund. Then when choose to cancel they want you to sign a cancellation form agreeing to fees. We are way over 3 year contract and not agreeing to their fees or services any longer. They said it takes a month to cancel and fees will occur. We consider it canceled. We choose not to do business with a company like this. I sent them a written cancellation and they told us it may not work. ????At first there were no fees and then they started. Just beware.

Wonderful customer service

We recently had an issue at Englewood Fence, and Tabitha Brantley at Wholesale Payments was incredible. She responded quickly, handled everything efficiently, and was extremely helpful. Her support and advice gave us real piece of mind. We truly appreciate their outstanding customer service.

Great customer service!

I called from Skeeter's Design in to Wholesale payments with a question concerning a rate change to my account, had to ask them to call me back due to a customer showing up. Haley Hill called me back and did a great job of explaining what was going on. She was very professional and helpful.

This particular rep was helpful but…

This particular rep was helpful but overall everything is always messed up. The reason for the call is that I had to open my business with out a terminal due to someone forgetting to complete the ticket order. Very frustrating

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. This company clearly allows certain favored employees to treat others with disrespect and mistreatment without any accountability. The favoritism is obvious, and it creates a toxic and uncomfortable environment for both staff and customers.Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, management seems to protect the same individuals repeatedly, which only reinforces the behavior. No one should have to work in or support a business where basic respect and professionalism aren’t enforced equally.Until leadership takes responsibility and holds everyone to the same standard, I can’t recommend supporting this company.

Customer Service Experience

I received a call from Adriana, the client services supervisor, and my concerns were heard. She understood my frustrations and made things right. That's all you can ask from a business when they are misrepresented. That alone in my opinion earns 5 stars.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Worked for them part time, and had my business CC processing with them. They refused to pay commissions that I earned, constantly moving the goal posts but yet never wanting to put that in an email or text. I had multiple customers calling and complaining they were overcharged each month, which I experienced myself. I never once was charged the $45/mo for processing, it was always significantly more than that. When brought up to my team leader Erik, he just waved it off and told me not to worry about it. I never once was given a refund for that either. After being inside this company, I highly recommend to stay away. All these reviews are paid for, they incentivize customers to leave these reviews by offering them free stuff or a discount for one month processing. STAY AWAY.

Please make sure you get everything in…

Please make sure you get everything in writing concerning cancelation policies. I was told that the machine is was given was not part of the agreement. Now after canceling i am being charged a month rental.Make sure you read all of the contract and make copies.
