WHY IS EVERYONE GIVING BAD REVIEWS ???
before starting, i give 4.5stars even if i put 5SO, i live in France, and if you don't know, it's hard to find pop culturethings in france,and i was looking for the katseye lightstick when i found THIS APP, it's not only a shop, it's a fandom app with a lot of things, i recommend to check it ! Even if your currency isn't dollars or wons, you can use paypal, personnaly i used eximbay, it is safe and very good, i recommend it. The problem when you order is the delivery, it's EXTREMLY EXPENSIVE, like the lightstick was 38 dollars ( approximatively 30 euros ) and at the end (with the less cost delivery mode) it was 65 dollars !!! (55 euros). BUT, i recommend using the most expensive delivery mode (tested with eximbay idk with paypal) because tracking is very good ! it sends you an email where you can see allll the steps, very good ! !!! IMPORTANT, FOR NOW I HAVENT RECIEVED THE LIGHTSTICK, I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW WHEN I'LL HAVE IT !!!ALSO i recommend the website only to buy lighstick or things hard to find, don't buy albums that you can find somewhere else because the elivery is expensivenote: i ordered my lightstick the 12 january.bye eyekons !update : it's the second time it says delivery in progress, i think it means it's in France rn, i can't waitttt update: i received it a long time ago, good shipping, i recommend it for things you found nowhere else because it' expensive. Also don't ship to france because there are additionnal shipping taxes in France if you shipe from Asia

0/5Do NOT give this company any of your data. It is impossible to get them to delete it. They are actively ignoring requests that you delete data. I made multiple attempts getting them to delete mine referencing my GDPR rights and they just basically tell you to go where the sun does not shine.

Paid Content Blurry
WEVERSE updated the app April 2025 & since then all my paid content plays blurry. I have contacted WEVERSE support several times & they blame it on internet issues etc. or other excuses and have given me no support whatsoever in resolving the problem. I have spent over $1000 in paid content which is now useless. I have contacted the Korean Consumer Board and will research more on how to get them to address the issue many customers are having. It was playing just fine prior to that update.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service provided by Weverse. Shipping and tracking are consistently delayed, and your tracking system is inefficient. Customer service is unhelpful, providing generic, templated responses instead of addressing issues individually. Given the high charges, this level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.

App not compatible with Motorola phone
I ordered and received the Seventeen Lightstick Version 3. I have a Motorola phone, which apparently the app is not compatible with. Unless I change my phone I won't be able to use it at the concert. Not sure why this is happening, when I'm able to use the apps for every other light stick that I have on my phone. Not happy about this.

Simply Horrible
I was charged over $100 for shipping. Ok, understandable since it was 5 albums. However, the box arrived severely damaged. Luckily the items were fine and all accounted for, but $100 to have my box arrive looking like my neighbor's dog had a field day with it is unacceptable. Reached out to customer service and they told me to contact the shipper for a refund. How would the shipper refund me when I paid Weverse??? When questioned they just said "Sorry we can't help you" and closed the inquiry. Horrible customer service

Luckily I have a Korean address, because the shipping fees + customs to the EU are beyond ridiculous!! More than 150$ for 3 festa caps - I repeat: 3 CAPS?!?! Also, the membership kit takes forever to arrive, and sometimes they don't even ship it at all. Just open up a warehouse here already! With all the money we gave you, you should be able to afford it by now. Oh right, Europe is only good for fashion shows, not for concerts (dynamic pricing, amirite?) or selling merch for reasonable prices... My bad... If it weren't for the guys, we would have dropped y'all long, long ago.

I ordered Photofolio by Jimin 3x. I was afraid by waiting for it. As soon as i recieved my Order i was crying a Lot, the Order was DAMAGEd. I write to the customer service & after a while they Said that they will Exchange me Just the Booklets because the PET-cover is Just for the protection of the Booklets. I dont agreed to IT, because i payed for the Product without DAMAGEs & without Missing Something. I think they understand this Point after a while & send me the PET-cover extra. So i have to wait for many weeks because weverse Support Said that IT Takes many weeks to PRODUCE 3 new Photofolios. After a while i write them & ask where my Purchase are. After that they send me the Exchange products. I thought the Horror Trip was over as soon as i recieved my Exchange Order. But IT was DAMAGEd, too! Just the 3 NEW PET-cover was in perfect condition. I am waiting for a long time for my answer why weverse need so many weeks to PRODUCE NEW Photofolios by Jimin & send me in those damage condition! They dont mind about the opinion of the customer. I payed for DAMAGEd products & weverse wont Exchange me the damages Photofolios, because for them the damage is Not DAMAGEd enough.For a big company ITS very sad those behavior to there customers. & For my answer i am waiting Till today.

Preordered an army bomb SE on January 2 from Global to US. It got shipped out the 13 and arrived a day earlier than the estimated arrival. (Got here Jan 17) I was so surprised by how fast the shipping was. It’s definitely worth the extra money for global because my package got here undamaged (Thank you DHL!) I was able to track my package the whole time efficiently and accurately. My only complaint was the actual army bomb had a few scratches on the clear part of it on top but other than that, it works perfectly fine.

this company totally lost 2 of my orders. the customer service site on their app would not allow me to hit the "submit" button to complete the concern about where my 2 orders have gone. There is no one to talk with; for a country as technologically advanced as SK, this app is most disappointing. It probably works well if you are Korean. ??????

WeVerse and its customer service is a joke. I’ve tried twice now to return or exchange items following their exact instructions and they find ways to say I didn’t provide exactly what they asked for. They take forever to ship your items and just as long to get back to you about any issues you have with the item so by the time you receive a reply it’s outside the window of being able to reopen the claim they closed. So instead of having a system that can resubmit under the same request you have to go through hoops with them by opening several requests or emails. They put as much effort as they can into making exchanges or refunds inconvenient so you don’t even bother trying in the future.Good luck if you decided after it was delivered you don’t want the product anymore. Some products they’ll flat out refuse to let you return if you decide you don’t want it at that point. They refuse to exchange or refund for “outer box damage” which means if your cd case comes damaged they will refuse you because it’s only to protect the product… Their quality control is already atrocious and to refuse to refund or replace based on damages that were beyond your control is ridiculous. The US store no longer has flat rate shipping so just like global you’re paying insane shipping costs for even the smallest items that get higher the farther you live from their hub in California. Even with these ridiculous high costs they still only use ground UPS shipping which only gives you tracking of when it was scanned out of the warehouse and once it makes it to your state’s distribution center and is out for delivery. Nothing in between that… What am I even paying for? By the way, they decided to change that shipping policy with one day notice before the extremely heavy and over priced proof collector’s edition was released. Everything is blatantly about saving them money and holding onto whatever money you decided to give them. WeVerse does not care about customers.
