Working with Lane was great. As a first-time home buyer, she walked me through every step and constantly went out of her way to provide detailed and helpful information whenever I needed it. Also, very friendly!
As a first time homebuyer the process proved to be much more challenging then I intially anticipated. Lane made things run seamlessly and was always quick to respond to any questions I had even after closing.

Lane is the person you want helping you through the huge life decision that is buying a house. She is extremely communicative, and knowledgeable. Whenever we had questions on pieces of the process, she cleared things up promptly and kindly. Beyond that, Lane knows when to bring in another expert for areas she doesn’t know as well directly. Our purchase almost fell through because of a terrible loan officer who did not communicate hardly at all, or work with us to understand our financial situation. We thought we were going to lose the house! Then, we switched to Lane and things came together in a matter of days. Low ego, clear results. Trust me, this is the person you want if you hope to avoid headaches.

It was such a pleasure working with Lane!! Lane is professional and works hard for her clients. I was the listing agent on the sale of a home and she was the lender for the buyer-whose agent had just submitted their offer. Lane immediately reached out to me to assure me that her clients were solid, approved, had the funds available to close on their VA loan and it would be a smooth closing. Their offer was accepted!! I can't say enough about how great it was working with Lane! Lane is the absolute greatest. In an incredibly insane market, she was steady and fought to get us the best possible rate. She was reassuring, honest, and wonderful in every way.
