very happy with the artwork outcome, my daughter loved it...customer service is trusty…i experienced little confusion with my order, the response, following up was quick, matter was adress right away…very well recommended:)

Do not recommend. awful experience and awful customer service This was a horrible process from start to finish. There was always a different excuse as to why my order was delayed and often avoided answering all points of my email. On the 29th of January they told me my order was due for delivery on the 30th when it in fact hadn’t even been framed or shipped. Another time they told me there was a delay in just uploading my proof because they don’t have my phone number??? The list goes on and on. When mentioning the disappointment and how I’d never use this company again, they offered me a store credit… despite me JUST saying I’d never use them again. After me acting a little crazy they finally agreed to a 30% refund. What was meant to be a special gift for my mother’s 60th birthday has turned into an absolute mess thanks to this company and it has left me no time to organise a new gift for my Mum which has left me feeling stressed and upset. It took over a month for me to receive my item. Save your time and money.
I received my Welham & Co home print today and love it! The team was easy to work with and highly responsive. Highly recommended.
Don’t believe the website timeframes listed of 1-2 weeks.Ordered over a month ago for a birthday gift and still not sent despite being told that my order will be overseen as a priority when I flagged the issue over 2 weeks ago. Have now had to purchase an additional present due to gift not arriving anywhere close to listed timeframes. Have tried being patient but I wouldn’t recommend unless purchasing at least 2 month in advance. I understand errors/process misses can occur but they have not made up for it with their customer service so far. Can’t comment on quality yet as has not yet received.
My mother loved the "painting" of her childhood home that her parents built back in the 1950s. Her parents are both deceased, and the photo of the entire family together was the perfect gift. She could not understand how the picture was even made, and receiving it was clearly an emotional experience. She felt it was honestly a perfect and thoughtful gift.

If there were negative stats that is what I would give. My entire ordeal with this company was a NIGHTMARE!! I was charged extra for it to be expedited and it still came a week late. I was told I would get a mug at no charge, well that didn’t happen either. I asked multiple times to be put in contact but that didn’t happen. NEVER EVER AGAIN don’t be fooled by these scamming crooks! And the numerous emails with bs answers was never ending! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED and SUPER PISSED OFF ..,.

Had a potrtait made up from an older painting, the people I dealt with were very helpful and patient considering the multiple changes and edits I made. It ended up looking better than the painting itself.

The end results were amazing. The timing was wrong. From the time I ordered to the time I received my portrait was about 6 weeks. Customer service was very helpful.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.I paid extra for priority processing, which was advertised as proofs being returned within 1–3 days. Instead, it took weeks, and I had to chase the company almost daily via email just to receive a response.Because I needed the portrait by Christmas, I reluctantly approved the proof despite not being happy with it, after being explicitly assured that if I approved by a certain date, it would arrive in time. Once I approved, my card was charged immediately — and communication from the company stopped entirely.Christmas came and went and the product was never received. I then requested a refund and received no response.In the end, I was forced to lodge a dispute with my bank to recover my money.This company does not deliver on its promises and does not communicate once they have taken payment. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
