Great service, highly recommend
Great service, I sold my car through Motorway and Francis who collected the car was great. He was friendly, polite and professional. The process of checking the car and test driving it was done in a reasonable about of time and no attempt to knock off anything from the agreed price by WDC

Poor communication and unreliable
Sold my car through Motorway, who the subcontracted the collection to Wedelivercars.co.ukWDC sent me a messaged the next day (Wednesday), saying that the collection address is not easily accessible with public transport and that it would take longer than usual to get to me. I sent them an email explaining that I don't believe that the address is hard to reach because it is within Edinburgh (EH17) with good public transport.I phoned them on the same day saying that I need the car gone from my driveway by Friday and in order to help them, I offered that I can pick up their driver from a train station or airport. They promised they'll give me an update the next day, which never happened.I called them again on Friday, when they told me the same excuse with the remote collection address, but when I told them about the email I sent with regards to helping their driver to reach my address, they changed their story saying that they don't have a driver in the area. Now Monday passed and I still got the car on my driveway.Very unprofessional company with zero communication.

Car pickup.
Good communication from the company, including a change in day. On the day, Abid kept me informed when he would arrive. Explained what he would be doing, and efficiently completed his inspection, and spoke to the dealership, to complete the transaction. Very good service.

Sold Car through Motorway and collected by WDC
Sold Car through Motorway, easy simple and hassle free. We deliver cars came to collect, easy and straight forward. Abid came to collect, he was polite and helpful. He was also great for keeping in touch, which was very helpful as we were both at work. Would do it again, so much easier.

Genuinely happy with this service and I normally never leave reviews for anything
Book then ASAP because they’re busy but honestly they were fantastic. I needed my car collecting in Manchester and delivering in Gloucestershire and they got someone to drive it on trade plates for £175 + fuel and I couldn’t be happier. No hassle, simple process and just worked, and the guy who delivered the car was at my door 0730 the day after collecting it and he was a really nice guy. The cheapest alternative was £350+VAT and that involved loads of calling mobile numbers and sending texts and waiting for someone to get back to me with a price.

Appalling….
Appalling….. Absolutely no concept of Customer Service at all! I wish it were possible to give a Rating of 0.Sold my vehicle through Motorway who booked these clowns to collect. We Deliver Cars they then cancelled on the day of collection leaving me with a wasted day with a promise to get back to me. Surprisingly that didn’t happen… (that is irony).I then had a running battle with them regarding the rebooking, they took it on themselves to rebook without consulting with me telling Motorway and the buyer that they were waiting for me to get back to them …. not being psychic I was not able to confirm because they never contacted me to see if this was possible!I could go on, however it’s wasted enough of my time already. Just avoid them.

THIS COMPANY ROBBED ME (EX-Employee) don't work for them.
As an EX-employe i have had worst experience and I have been robbed over £400 in expenses and Deposit.I took a vehicle from Manchester to Horsham I was told the day before I will be collecting a vehicle from the same area to bring home to Manchester.I was also told the day before there is an issue with the Company’s banking system as I was owed fuel money but there was no updates on the company notice broads regarding this.Very weird right ?The reason there was no update was because They were purposely avoiding to pay my expenses & actaully had no intention of paying me.The next day I had a vehicle which needed to be delivered so i left home around 4am and was I'm the dealership by 9am.While standing in the dealership after I had dropped the vehicle I chased WDC to upload my next job (Suzuki) on our motorway collection app. They didn't do it,they weren't planing to in the first place. They were waiting for me drop the vehicle off so they could fire me.I was then fired from a phone call while standing in that dealership because I had apparently 'doctord' fuel receipts when I even had bank statements as proof which would cross checked everything.Due to this I was then instructed to take 4 hour train home which Costs me over £100I was also told send my equipment back which was done 2 days later (Friday)The company hasn't paid me a penny for my Jobs or my Deposit or Fuel.I am now out of pocket around £400They accounts department have been purposely avoiding my Emails. The teams what'sapp group have also been avoiding my messages.I have had to take time out to chase them with phone calls for my rightfully owed money which I still haven't seen.I am now owed around £400

My car purchased through Carwow and the collection agent Wedelivercars. The driver was very friendly however, the driver drove my car to the purchaser and incurred a PCN for driving through the Blackwall tunnel and not paying a fee. This has meant a notice sent to me. I have provided all the relevant documentation to transfer the fee to Wedelivercars but they are trying to get me to pay. Even though their website states they cover any charges

At the induction day the trainer took us through everything we were self-employed and all expenses will be returned in full distances were varied. My first two days I worked with WDC I spent £196.41 of which I only received in return £46 their excuse was i should not take a taxi or I didn't use trailine for my journeys and the stupidity of two checks and wait till motorway agree to take the vehicle is a joke. When a driver deals with collections these arrangements should already be accepted.Worse still if you are delivering a vehicle to a customer WDC do not fuel the vehicle often it has a 5 mile range before empty, the driver then has to use his own money to fuel the vehicle. If for any reason motorway chose not to take the sold vehicle then not only had the driver paid £65 journey to the destination but would have to pay a further £65 home if the vehicle was refused.I worked for BCA before and I had no issues collecting vehicles from customers as BCA had already sorted the collections at least they provide you with fuel cards
