Site is easy to navigate, glassware we bought for our home was exactly as specified, product-quality was even better than we expected, and glassware was delivered a day ahead of original prediction, carefully packed and in perfect condition. Shipping costs and taxes were almost half the total cost (not unreasonable given we were buying and shipping glassware).
I like that is a one stop shop. almost everything I needed was available. Prices seem resonable.

Ordered a door latch two weeks ago. I received the wrong item. I sent pictures to Webstaurant last week. They said they would contact the manufacturer and get back to me. They never got back to me, so I called them. They asked for more pictures and said they would get back to me. I never got a call back... and today had to follow up with them again. No call back. Don't waste you time on businesses that don't value it. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.
It was easy to find the needed product and order it. Now I look forward to its arrival and use.
Don't rely on these guys for emergency situations on products. They will come up with any excuse not to bring your items to the door.... customer service own words are..I don't know who you think your dealing with.

Cost of shipping is not in line with actual shipping cost
