Do NOT purchase from this retailer - go elsewhere or at least check outside reviews. Received defective product. Contacted their customer service (Monica) and was told I had to send them pictures. No response after sending pictures and 3 additional follow-ups. Finally told (by Steven Munson) it was too late to return. Great scam. $188 later, I'm stuck with crap. I contacted the manufacturer and they had never heard of WebOfficeMart and noted they are not an authorized retailer of their products. In my opinion, I believe they (WebOfficeMart) try to resell damaged/defective items intentionally.
