I only visited the store to drop off old scrubs and try a few things on since I was planning to make purchases online. However, both Amber and Carolina were so outstanding in their service - friendly, attentive, helpful and patient in helping me navigate the store and its merchandise. They made the perfect suggestions that fit my needs, so I ended up purchasing in store instead. Btw, everyone should check out the all white 3447’s, ifykyk.

Bought a digital gift card to be sent to my email which from other sites I've done for gifts and have received it within 10 mins. I purchased it an hour ago and haven't received anything which I was supposed to gift to my sister. Digital gift cards should be sent more instantaneously, why would it take so long?

Prices have gone significantly up. If the 40% off sale were not on, I would have never purchased from FIGS again. Perhaps they should prioritize costumers over marketing.

Exceptional Customer Service!
This was my first purchase from FIGS. I bought the FIGS | New Balance 3447 shoes in Black and White. They were a half size too big so I decided to exchange them for smaller size. The exchange process was super easy. I received a QR code, dropped the shoes off at the UPS store for return on a Monday and my replacement arrived by FRIDAY! Wow. Super impressed. I will definitely be a return customer.
