Inaccurate pictures
My issue is that the pictures on the website are NOT representative of the actual product. I am going to use what I ordered because I didn't hit the free shipping threshold and don't want to be out shipping both ways on a relatively small $ order, but I'm very frustrated with the products. I should've known better than to order without better pics but stylish wall plates aren't that easy to find at reasonable prices.I ordered this specific item because of the color - a darker antique gold with some dark or black shadowing around the design. The gold areas were visibly gold on the website pics. In person, they are not. A gold color is barely detectible; it's overall more of a dark silvery appearance, similar to a charcoal gray color, with a slight gold undertone. Additionally, even though this color was called "Brushed Brass", it does not have a brushed finish, which was what I expected based on the color name. This item has a mirror-like shiny, slick finish and scratches very easily.I did not contact WW because about this because, even if they agreed to accept a free return, that doesn't change the color of this item and then I have nothing. No matter what, I feel like the pictures are not accurate. There was another style I was going to purchase from WW that I found somewhere else and ordered from that retailer (due to ease of a potential return as this other store has locations in my area) and now I'm worried I also won't like those based on the website pics, but at least I can return those with no hassle if I don't.Also, I think it's very suspicious that you cannot leave a review on the WW site. There is a place for customer reviews, but when you go to that page, it gives you a configuration chart. When you try to write a review for the individual product, the "Write a Review" button doesn't work, and I tried on 2 different browsers.Overall, I'm just not very happy but will still end up using the product, so not a great experience and I doubt I'd order from them again.
