I love my walkie E bike

I love my walkie E bike. I’ve had it for years and it’s always been dependable and got me where I need to go. I’ve put in about 1300 miles on it and it’s never skipped a beat. would absolutelyRecommend for anybody who is looking for a comfortable fast commuter ebike!

H9 is a solid bike

H9 is a solid bike. More power then you could want. Folding is a plus. Company has been great to work with and responds to any questions or issues that may arise.

Rear battery installation kit. Great upgrade!

The rear battery installation kit was a bit challenging. However, I had great, professional support from customer service to assist me step by step and ultimately having a successful installation! I am very happy with this upgrade and enjoy it 😊

This is a good looking bike

This is a good looking bike. No doubt about it. I'm an XL rider and need a bike that can accommodate the extra weight and still perform. Assembly was straightforward. I thought the bike I purchased came with an additional component, but it did not. Customer service graciously went the extra mile and offered me a solution. I'm very impressed with Wallke. I don't foresee any other issues, but I'm glad to know that Wallke care about their customers.

This company is trash

This company is trash. I bought the x3 Pro Max in May of 2025. It was a great bike for about 6 months. Then the left brake lever snapped. Also the frame snapped in 2 places. I didn't crash the bike or anything like that. This was just normal use. I've tried reaching out to them about the 1 year warranty and have not heard anything back over 2 weeks and a few emails. Honestly I don't even was to just replace the parts because it is such a huge safety concern that the frame just snapped while I was riding. It could have been very dangerous. I will not be buying from them again. I don't even think I'll hear back from them but we will see I guess. Don't trust these bikes. They could cause severe injuries if you're not as lucky as I was.

Excellent product support!

After contacting the correct people at Wallke support, a difficult to obtain part was shipped to me. The part price was nominal ($20) so there wasn’t much profit in the time and effort they provided. Their time and effort is rewarded by a customer that will remain loyal to the great products Wallke produces.

Seller stopped responding after 30 days

Unfortunately, my experience with Wallke E-Bike has been very disappointing.Everything seemed fine until the 30-day warranty period expired. Right after that, serious issues with the bike appeared. I contacted the seller multiple times by email asking for help, technical support, or at least guidance on how to fix the problem.Since the warranty expired, the seller completely stopped responding.No replies, no support, no responsibility — total silence.It feels like Wallke is only responsive before and during the warranty period, but once it ends, customers are simply ignored. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company selling expensive electric bikes.I do not recommend Wallke E-Bike to anyone who expects long-term support or honest customer service. Be very careful — once the warranty ends, you may be left alone with serious problems and no help at all.

From the day it was taken out of the…

From the day it was taken out of the box and put together turn the digital screen on there's a error code right from the start. I got the major runaround it took me months to get it straight with walkie. They gave me every excuse and a runaround. To where I had to make sure that the payment was stopped on the bike. Luckily I went through karma. And karma has a guarantee on the products that you buy through them or finance through them. If I was not with karma purchasing this e-bike I would have been screwed. I would have had a over 2000-dollar bike that wasn't worth anything . I'm walking I always thought it was a great brand. And excellent customer service. Boy did they go downhill

Wallke Ebikes are safe

Wallke Ebikes are safe, they have great brakes to stop with. Quality Ebikes, not perfect yet. Room to grow and get better. I owned fourteen Ebikes. Wallke is the best built and the only brand I would recommend to anyone 50 years and older. It's not how fast a Ebike is, it's can it stop at stop signs and stop lights.02/06/2026

Serial #: ST2025050800387I recieved the new front motor after the original one burnt out after 1.9 miles of riding. My brother and I had no problems installing it everything went smooth. I put the wheel back on the bike and plugged everything up before I put the batteries back in. As soon as I pit the back battery in, the front wheel hub popped like a jolt of electricity shot to the front wheel. I turned on the bike batteries with the keys and powered up the bike from the touchpad. The bike made that pop sound again when I turned it on. I checked the rear motor using the control pad (level 1), and It worked fine. I switched to the front using the control pad (level 1) and got no response from the throttle. I then did that test again, connecting the back power wire to the front wheel wire.. The front wheel wire got real hot, but the wheel did not spin. I hooked the back wire back up to the back wheel and it got power. I think there has to be either a power surge or a short in the front wire of the bike. I called an electirc bike repair shop and they suggested that I contact you first, because it will be very expensive to fix. What do you suggest that I do now to get this problem figured out? It looks like I now have 2 fried front motors.

I ordered a black X3 pro max and…

I ordered a black X3 pro max and received a blue X3. Shipping was on time and packaged very well.I contacted customer service via email it took 4 days to respond but this could have been because of the Christmas holidays. Long story short the second battery did not ship with the bike it was on back order which I wasn’t made aware of during purchasing. I contacted customer service by the only way possible through email. And made them aware of the issues the was more than willing to accommodate in anyway possible. They are just slow to respond. Outcome they will be shipping the extra battery when back in stock, as far as color I’ll be keeping the blue one and they will be shipping me a free gift for the mishaps. I am very pleased with the performance of this bike and the battery life. The only issue I have is that the rear shock bottoms out in rough terrain, but this could be because of my size I’m 5-11 320 pounds.

The Plot Twist (Throttle)

I currently have the 2025 Wallke H9 AWD 82Ah model with the second battery. This is my second Wallke H9, as I upgraded to the 2025 model from the 2024. Here’s my experience riding the Wallke H9 as a daily rider:When I bought my first Wallke, I admit, things didn’t go exactly as planned. It arrived late, customer service was responsive, but generally took longer than I hoped, and it seemed like every other week, I was blowing a tire and wearing down brake pads quicker than I wanted. The headlight could have been brighter as well.Seemed bitter sweet because I absolutely loved the bike! In person, it looks intimidating and as fast as it actually is. Full throttle with no pedaling if you choose, all wheel drive and easily hitting speeds in the higher 30s and even 40s depending on terrain. You’d be surprised the inclines you can conquer with ease on it, and it’s powerful with the awd system. The bike itself is insanely tough! If you’re tough on your bikes and use them to their full capacities, it’s actually quite impressive how big a beating this bike can take in terms of daily use and wear and tear only to continue on riding. It’s an absolute beast, both in design and performance. Its physical appearance constantly turns heads as I ride by. There is barely ever a day that someone doesn’t stop me to comment on how much they love everything about the look of my bike and want to chat about it.I wanted to write this review tonight to set the record straight, celebrate, and give you an idea of what you can expect if you’ve been eyeing one of their bikes. Wallke outdid themselves doing an incredible job listening to their customers and responding with action. The new 2025 H9 came out offering a bigger battery set up by Samsung, stronger, more powerful dual motors, upgraded Logan brakes, puncture resistant tires, and an even tougher frame than before with improvements to its design all around. They essentially righted all the wrongs of this bike and redesigned it by addressing the problems of the previous model H9 and solving them with better technology. It’s faster, quicker, more powerful, and extremely resilient to flat tires, using Puncture Resistant tires along with brakes and suspension that easily outperform better than its predecessor and it doesn’t stop there. Someone was taking notes from reviews because since I’ve ordered and received the new bike, the communication and overall support from the Wallke Team has been absolutely phenomenal! Not only did the bike come early, but I have yet to reach out to support and not get an answer back within 24-48 hours, more often hearing back the first day! All my interactions have been with some very very friendly, knowledgeable, and overly helpful team members who are truly dedicated to resolving issues, questions or requests I’ve had along the way and have delivered in a way that I feel taken care of and in good hands with to the point of going above and beyond to do so. Carrie and Alex being two team members I’ve become familiar with that genuinely care about their products and have your best interest in mind. No one is perfect, person or company, but this is a company that is constantly moving forward in both product design and quality while improving customer support and experience with every step toward perfection! There isn’t a bike in its space that is more worth the money than Wallke backed by people who are worth investing into to take care of your ebike needs. 10/10 will absolutely do business with them again and look forward to many future e-bikes with them in the years to come. Big thank you to the Wallke Team for their hard work and dedication to delivering a fantastic line of e-bikes!

horrorable customer service

I ordered a display replacement over a month ago and still have not received it. I've been very patient and even try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Whatever carrier they are using is the worst. They made one attempt to deliver the package on a Sunday(and I'm starting to doubt that) two weeks ago and never made any other attempt. When I try to contct the carrier, all I get is a chatbot that is not give me any answer or connecting me to anyone who could help me know where my package is.

Great Bike, Terrible Shipping

Bike came 2 days late from initial email from Fed Ex. Excuse was they could not read their own shipping label. I emailed Wallkee about the issue, they advised me to contact Fed ex, But the Fed ex automated system does not connect you to a human and then hangs up on you. I had to take a long lunch to sign for the package. The derailer guard was pushed in so I sent photos about the damaged part. My 3rd Ebike, I have over 10,000 miles, wore out a battery, so I bought the ultra for the large battery.

Almost 5 stars

The only thing that kept this from being a five star review was that the bike came with the taillight bracket was poorly welded and broke off in shipping. Damage was fixable with JB weld but factory should be informed. All the rest of the welds are very solid. The fit and finish and easy assembly are awesome. Would recommend this bike to a friend.
