Packaging & Shipping Issue.
The decal was folded in a small box 3 times over. This caused the decal to appear creased and very wrinkly. These wrinkles still have not come out…

Great service and fantastic product.
The process was simple and the personal online assistance I received as a first time customer made my purchase easy. I would definitely recommend them for your graphic needs. Our project turned out great. Shipping was the only issue as UPS damaged the box that my graphic came in which caused creases in the graphic. However the creases were able to be worked out when applied to the wall, and Wall Decal World was standing by to ship me another one if needed!

Great customer service and vibrant colors
I ordered a 3 ft. wall decal and was pleased with the ordering experience, ease of installation, and final result. The file I provided for the logo had some issues which we caught during the proof process. They guided me through correcting the issues and still shipped my decal on schedule. Installation was easy and the yellow color is really vibrant.

Exactly what I'd hoped for
Ordering was easy. Proofing quick. Delivery in a reasonable time frame. Quality great. Only downside is my inability to apply even a screensaver without bubbles. But for my particular project, really not an issue.
