I bought the SX20 about two years ago and usually ride around 30 miles a week. So far, I’m really happy with it. It’s a fun way to get outside and still get some exercise. The low step-through design makes it easy to get on and off, and the ride feels really stable. Best of all, it’s been super easy on my kness.

This company needs to be much clearer about warranties and pricing. What Vtuvia support says and what the shop actually charges are two very different things.I had to travel and pay $100 just to bring my Rendeer e-bike to the shop to replace the controller. I reported the problem six months after purchasing the bike. Support sent me videos that did not solve the issue, and then—suddenly—poof, I’m told I’m out of warranty.After that, support said it would be $150 to replace the controller, but the shop charged $300. Huge difference.Be very aware of what kind of controller your bike has. The quality is cheap and poor.I will never buy from this company again.

Buyer experience / awareness regarding Vtuvia E-Bike (Vtuvia Motors)I am sharing my experience to help other buyers make informed decisions.I placed an order for an e-bike from Vtuvia E-Bike (also referred to as Vtuvia Motors) via Alibaba in May 2025, paying 1500 USD.As of today 08.01.2026 (over 8 months later), I have not received the product.During this time:No valid international shipping proof has been provided (no airway bill, bill of lading, export or customs documents).Only generic domestic China tracking was shown, which is not linked to my order and does not demonstrate export or delivery.Communication has been repeatedly delayed, and no clear confirmation of shipment or refund has been provided.I am currently working with Alibaba Trade Assurance and EU consumer protection (ECCNet) to resolve this issue.This post is shared to raise awareness so other buyers can carefully assess the risks before placing high-value orders with Vtuvia E-Bike / Vtuvia Motors.

Orders through this orangization was really easy. They even reached out to me to give me updates on my parts order and even that another part I wanted was now available. The folding bike they sell is exactly the same as what I have, just mine is from a different seller of 4 years ago so parts for their’s are same as mine so works out great. Keep up the great work and keep the great people.

Vtuvia’s customer service is top notch! They called and emailed to let me know when my order shipped, and even followed up with me a couple of weeks after I had received the bike to make sure everything was as I expected. They were very nice and quick to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend them!

The customer service has been very responsive and polite. Item arrived fast and brand new. I did run into one issue. But it was an issue on my end. I forgot to read the fine print. And they have responded professionally. I would give it the 5th star. But I have to pay for a full unit piece, all for a spacer. Which they will not sell alone, only with the kit. That 1 star deduction, is only because of that. I have been impressed with their products. Definitely would highly recommend them.
