Received the e-bike within a week.So far it exceeds my expectations.
Bike I purchased on Dec 2024 the ViVi 726Ful is a great price for $769 with the Modifications I made from mechanical brakes to Hydraulic Brakes, larger Seat, and new Crankcase bike is better suited. Customer Support is available just have to have patience in fixing problems with the bike 🏍 😀

The bike is good. The tire on my bike as well as my friends both went flat after a couple days. Customer service is terrible. Waited over a month for help finding the correct tube. Then was told it was out of stock. Went to the website and ordered two. Only received one and they refuse to ship the second.
Lacking detailed assembly instructions on rear fender and rack. Front disk brake seems to drag a little bit.

The part I ordered was a replacement for an existing damaged wheel I occurred while mountain biking. The new part works perfectly.

Well engineered e-bike at an affordable price
We ordered an e-bike from vivi. In the process of assembling, we found that the battery was defective. We proved this with multimeter testing. We contacted vivi for a replacement battery. As of this writing, it's been over a month and they still haven't sent one, so we have cheaply made non-electric bike sitting around now. Insult to injury — vivi's business hours are something like ** 8pm to 5am ** (United States) so email communications are painfully slow. They have been making excuses and putting us off. We've repeatedly asked for a refund and a return shipping label; they offered us $20 instead. Please do not order anything from vivi.
They were very helpful but I can’t seem to be able to get the battery that was stolen from my e-bike with my charger. It has the rail for the battery says ALX072-03 can’t seem to get the battery why?
This is my 4th vivi bike I liked each one better than last until I got this one. I was so DISAPPOINTED that this bike had no tail or brake light. I appreciate your offer to send me a 02S recharchable taillight that will make a big difference. Please send me one and I will be completely satisfied.
WARNING: Do not buy from this company... They promised me a refund many times (I have all the emails to prove it) and all I got was the runaround. So if you don't like the ebike, that's too bad.Customer service will probably reply to this comment, like they did on my previous comment, promising customer satisfaction. BULL FEED.My reply: So where is my shipping label? I'm not paying to send it back. I'm not going through this again with your incompetent customer service department. I needed a replacement headlight as mine suddenly stopped working. Vivi support said they would send the part right away after not hearing from them I reached back out the said the part was out of stock and did the run around on me... Looking into this the headlight was in stock per there website and available to ship within 2 days however I didn't get a headlight until after arguing with them and Amazon for 3 months! Afterwards I left a bad review of horrible business and they began to constantly email me to bribe me to remove the review. This is absolutely a horrible company to deal with. I would never recommend just due to the fact of there customer support or lack of. God forbid something on the bike stops working because it will be an everlasting nightmare to get it fixed.
