I ordered a walker paid for it and then…

I ordered a walker paid for it and then they emailed me to say that for first time customers there was a 15% discount but when I called them they said it was already shipped and I was out of luck!!!

I bought an ultra lightweight…

I bought an ultra lightweight wheelchair and love it, does through doorways no problem, the wheels don't even touch the door frame, my son had a problem , but after reading the manual all was good, imagine that a man not reading instructions, all problems he had could have been avoided, the customer service was fantastic

I am another one. My folding cane broke after less than two years and their “lifetime” warranty is only one year per customer service, Great!

This company advertise as if returns…

This company advertise as if returns and co-operating with customer when issue arise are a breeze. But once things goes south they will refuse to collaborate with you. Horrible cheap Chinese products.

Bad Service

The product arrived with a yellow liquid on it. Something like oil must have leaked?The brakes did not work.Calling, writing and emailing to get support are extremely difficult. If 1 human could talk clearly on a phone call to handle issues it could be better. Ordering a new part for the brakes was difficult enough. Then I am told to get information about installing it, I would have to go to the website to order info. If the agent could set up a part delivery, why couldn't he set up instructions to be set to me? The web site does not show any place o order instructions for installing a brake part. I wish I would have spent more money and purchased from a company that has REAL Customer Service.

Excellent Customer Service

I just received my neck brace and although the largest one feels very firm, it came very close to not being wide enough to cover and support my long thin neck. That said, it still does the job and gives me some support. I found their customer service to be the best I have ever received... very personal and available to help and respond right away with a lot of integrity and human courtesy.

Choose another brand.

The device I purchased works for its primary purpose which is giving me my weight. The issue however is that the feature where the scale connects to the app absolutely refused to, and this is what I really needed. It was the entire point of the purchase of the scale.I tried several devices to be certain; phones, tablets, Android, iOS, removing and replacing the batteries, new batteries, different types of batteries, nothing worked. Furthermore the app is buggy and repeatedly crashes (as of 5/21/2024) with plenty of recurring complaints on the iOS App Store going back years. The app developer keeps apologizing and promising to fix but it has never happened, apparently. Potential buyers need to be aware of these issues and limitations before purchase. Also, calling support is absolutely no help. They literally recite from the product pamphlet and beyond that will tell you to check the website, really. Calling will only frustrate you, be warned.I ended up returning the scale.

Vive Health is no help.

I bought a brand new mobility scooter. This brand new scooter did not work out of the box. I emailed support and they couldn’t repair it. I asked to speak to a manager because the service agent said they would have to escalate it to the product support team and they wouldn’t get back to me till the next week. I was informed that the support team and managers don’t work weekends. My disability does not take weekends off and this company has no contingency plans for emergencies and I need the scooter for an event the next day. Be very aware of this company.
