I purchased a product that was priced lower than the competition. I received the product in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon. If there was a 0 review I would do this. I attempted to order something from this company and I entered my credit card 6 times and it said it was unsuccessful. However my credit card processed this payment 6 times. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. I used another credit card and the order went through. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company also. In addition I ordered it from zvitamins website and the charges were under vitamins for us. Do not use this company. They don’t even have a phone number to contact them.

Impossible to communicate with.
I placed a large order of vitamin d and then found out that one of the things used in the vitamin d is synthetic. I don’t do well with synthetics. I looked for a number to call to no avail. I sent four emails asking them to cancel. Over two weeks later I received the order I’ve been trying to cancel. Clearly, no one even looks at the emails unless it’s an order. They would rather send it two weeks after it’s cancelled so they can charge you a whopping 40% restock fee.

NO RESPONSE = TROUBLE
To my knowledge I have never purchased from this company, yet there was a charge from them on my VISA card for $151.72. I emailed them with an inquiry and requested a invoice of what I supposedly purchased, with no response. I checked their website for a telephone number to which there is none. I have contacted my VISA card company requesting a fraud investigation be opened and I am awaiting a response. IF THEY WON'T POST A TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR EMAIL, YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I placed my first order in December 2020 for Metagenics D3 10,000 IU with K. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected but that doesn't negate a positive experience. Shipping was free when I ordered yet if I reorder today there is a shipping charge. Even with shipping the price is still $2 lower than Amazon.

Vitaminsforus, but no longer for me!
I don't usually write reviews, but I feel very taken advantage of by this company, and hope to spare others from the same encounter. I ordered probiotics, 4 bottles which cost over $100. The shipment was delayed because they said they were concerned about the heat wave we were having, that these need to be refrigerated. Manufacturer just says cool dry place, but okay. So I purchased one bottle from another source which got to me right away and in perfect condition. When the shipment from Vitaminsforus arrived it was a soggy mess with the melted cold packs, etc. Since the bottles were sealed I didn't pay much attention and threw away the soggy packing, stored the four bottles in my bathroom cabinet. When I ran out of the bottle I purchased from the other source, I finally opened the bottles and discovered the majority were damaged and melted. I brought this to the attention of Vitaminsforus and they said it was because I didn't refrigerate them when they arrived. This is really not possible. I suspect it might have something to do with the leaking cold packs, or perhaps they were overheated in the shipping process. I've been using this product for a long time and always store them in my medicine cabinet, in my air conditioned condominium, without incident. I've never seen anything like what I saw when I opened these bottles from Vitaminsforus. I wish I could show you a picture of the worst bottle: inside is a blob of something completely unusable. You can't even tell that there were 30 capsules in the bottle!All they Vitaminsforus would do for me is give me a slight discount on my next purchase. I chose not to risk losing any more money to this company. This is really very poor business practice and I will never purchase anything from them again.
