I paid $96 they charged my credit card over $100 and had some faulty Notary that I again had to pay for and over a month later I still have not received my birth certificate! I got scammed and would have left a -10 but could not
Don’t order from them they are a scam every time I called about my birth certificate they gave me a different day it would come
Well i found myself needing a Certified Copy of my birth certificate so I went online, trying to find the fastest way vital records came up and I went ahead and checked them out. Seen, they had a 90 day guarantee money back. Guarantee So,I order it and paid for expedited service they offer paid almost 100 dollars. about 2 to 3 days and my application Said approved and online it said something about 5 to 6 days so I thought I'll have it then and 7 days later I had not received my order yet so I called there support line and that's when I found out heath department had not received my application (now keep in mind snail mail don't take even 8 days to go half way across country) and I was informed expedited don't cover them getting my application. To health department. B.s. but what can I do i was informed soon as the health department process my application and snail miles it back to them they would then send it expedited so I checked tracking # came back Jan 10th and didn't receive then rechecked tracking # now says February 10th so I called wanting a refund due the 90 day satisfaction guarantee customer service says they refund it since they ordered already asked for supervision and they replied can't talk to supervision 3 different calls all of them replied same so there is no guarantee which correct me if I am wrong that would make this site a misleading mistake for anyone not to mention I gave forms with real personal info I am so concerned what happened to being held accountable for false advertising guess the new world any thing goes

I ordered my birth certificate so that I can renew my driver's license in June of 2022. I paid the extra amount to get it asap. Then I was told that it would be September 2nd before it would be sent. It is now September 25th and I have not received anything.
I ordered a death certificate for my sister back in May. Still haven't received it. Even though i have called multiple times. And im out the entire fee and dont have the certificate.

They SUCK! I was told it would take 3 months to receive my birth certificate! After receiving a notice with the date I was supposed to receive it came and went, I called and was told that it was going to take 13 months because the state where it was coming from was that backed up. Why was I not notified earlier? They still excepted my express payment! Poor Customer Service! They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am not happy that they showed my wrong birthdate.It was because my mother did not correct & returnit back to Vital Statistics. I am mailing back an explanation to Vital Statistics.
You are better off going in person to the proper county office. This site is useless, unhelpful on any phone calls and just plain not worth it. I need my marriage license for social security since end of May 2022 and its almost August. Still nothing. I have requested a refund of my $89 and will go to my county office myself.
