Unprofessional and Unethical
Have never experienced a more unethical staffing company than this one. I brought them NP work for several years and brought them 100k's of dollars. This past time no credentialling (which is the only thing they had to do) was done. I lost a state DEA license and had to do all my own credentialling after realizing they did nothing for the job. They are dishonest and took no responsibility. The only thing the Senior director, Dan Gonzalez was worried about was me spelling his name wrong in an email (after my name was spelled improperly). Also, they changed my wages 3 times in a previous job and took no responsibility. Poor communication (especially if confronted), unprofessional staff, dishonest when confronted and inappropriate as any Provider's representative.

Worst Staffing Company I have ever dealt with even threatening me
I had to correct them many times when they said would work 7-7p though I only agreed 7-3. Problem resolution is the biggest one not to join them. Their recruiters do not treat contractors with respect and when unable to resolve an issue they do not let you speak to their immediate supervision even when asked. When they had a problem with their contract the recruiter led me on for months saying they are going back in forth on the contract to later on say the place I worked at suddenly didn't want me though they had been working on a contract for me for months and couldn't meet agreement. Then they wouldn't let me out of my contract despite this information. My recruiter refused to let me speak to her boss and threatened legal if I pursued this matter. Do you want to work for a company that behaves like this? Do you want to work for a company that when there is a problem won't let you speak to someone above them that is in charge to resolve the matter? Join a staffing company that is professional and will work with and for you and not against you. This one is a bad one.

There was a lot of time wasted in sending multiple people the same info via email. Lack of coordination and communication across staff members, especially when it came to communicating with the folks at Northern Light Health and Mercy Hospital. No coordinated check off list for all elements needed by the Med Staff Office at the hospital. I felt that a lot of communication was scattered and fragmented.
