I wasn't very happy with my last order from vidal xl,so i left a review,soon after that a women named Mirela contacted me and tried to solve my problem. I was very happy that she offered me three offers in whitch I could keep my product and get coupon or some money refund.I' m thankfull that she solved that very quickly. So even if you are not completely satisfied with the product they always have solutions to fix it.

Very bad company
Unfortunately, a very bad experience. We ordered the furniture two months ago, and when it finally arrived, the wardrobes were completely damaged. The complaint process was extremely exhausting and time-consuming. Although we had received four boxes, they persistently sent us only one return label. We repeatedly asked for four labels and went back and forth by email for days, as the phone number does not work and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone.After who knows how long, they finally sent all four labels. We properly handed the packages over to GLS, and then a new waiting period began. After several weeks, they contacted us claiming that they had not received all the packages and demanded proof, threatening that without it they would not issue a refund.I contacted GLS, who clearly confirmed that all four packages had tracking numbers, were delivered to their location, and were in their warehouse. Only after further back-and-forth, sending evidence and delivery photos (which we had to obtain ourselves), did the communication become harsher, and only then did they decide to refund our money.All in all: prolonged disputes, poor communication, a low-quality product, and an extremely unprofessional attitude toward the customer. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone and would absolutely not recommend this furniture website.

Not the best quality
Not the best quality of wood, some holes are too deep, some too shallow and screws are too weak and deform while putting it together, some boards where damaged and sticker was put over the scratched parts, one of the boards is few milimeters shorter than it should be and stickers for hiding screws came in the wrong color of wood so they are really visible, also I don't really like the sonoma oak color, it doesn't match my otjer sonoma furniture. Much less than I expected for the price.Update:Problem was solved promptly.

Very bad quality of the furniture I…
Very bad quality of the furniture I ordered. Hole for the vanity door was drilled too shallow we had to drill it more ourselves to fit the metal thingy for closing and opening the door. Also one part of the furniture is made too wide so we couldn't assemble it, cause when we assemble it surface that should be flat was bent, so we had to cut the part to fit it.

Damaged parts, faulty panels
Delivery took longer then it was first said, but that was ok because it was Christmas time. The problem was the parts for the garden house came damaged and some panels came cut wrong.P.S. Great customer service, everything sorted out, they where very helpful.

Very poor product quality
The product is of terribly poor quality. The holes for the screws are not well drilled and the quality of the threads themselves is very poor. When I installed the bed, the legs wobbled because the entire structure was badly balanced, and the quality was below all expectations!

the product is of quality lower than expected, but response to complaint is very professional
The product did not meet the expected quality standards. The wood appears to be inconsistently treated, with weak structure present in areas where greater structural strength is required. Furthermore, the screws provided for assembly are not suitable for harder wood, which makes proper installation difficult. I trust that the quality engineering team will review this feedback and take appropriate steps to improve the product. I would also like to acknowledge Mirela from vidaXL for processing a refund, which I consider a fair and professional response to a quality-related issue.

It is advertised as robust and firm, but instead it is so fragile that even an elementary school project is made of harder wood profiles.Advertised as waterproof, but it is not at all.This kind of products put a bad name on your brand, so you should not sell this product at all.

Impossible to make a refund
I ordered furniture for my balcony. The product came as one package. I Tried to contact them and ask where is the rest, but there was no answer. Other packages came without any notice. Finaly I was happy, but when I opened the first package, it was damaged and I didnt Like the quality. I wanted to return everything ,but its been more than a week that I couldnt contact anyone. I have called, sent emails, Tried chat with bot..there was no human customer support. When I finaly got mail from them, they told me that I have to pay for the return of the products. Eventhough I have 14 days for a free return. Long story short, I wouldnt recommend buying anything from this company.

I've never received worse assembly…
I've never received worse assembly instructions. (The package contains 17 very similar unmarked bars that are almost impossible to tell apart). It took me a few days to do that alone. Also very poor quality material - chipboard that started cracking during assembly. I've already assembled the furniture in half of my apartment myself, but this is an impossible mission. It's been sitting unassembled for months and I've requested a refund and am waiting for a response. I don't recommend it to anyone. Stay away from this site!
