I love the service. I have no complains at all. They get a 10 out of 10 for their service. The only thing I wish that you don’t have to wait so long for the update on your account toward your balance.

Jordan is a good customer service rep. He answered my questions with concerns , what I needed to know and he only kept me on hold for about a half a minute and got back with the answers to my questions and he seems to have a good personality. Good customer service relations with customers are very high and if I had a company and I needed to hire somebody and he woke up, I would most definitely from the scale to one to 1010. Be nice. I will give him a 10 and then I would hire him. You provides his knowledge of what he’s doing his excellent and his solve for your company should not go unnoticed he needs to be recognized for his good work, thank you, john adkins

Ms Angelica Cruise provided professional courteous understanding of my inquiry. She listened and responded well answered every question. I'm a newbie with Verve Master Card Services and her response supported my answers. Including my request to change my bill due date to the 9th of each month. Including it won't go into effect until April 9th due date. Angelica shared friendly support and offered to help with anything else, so I need to wait and change my newbie status. She was very polite and respectful. I appreciatepeople that love their jobs. You can always hear it in her voice! Thanks again Angelica.
