Exceptional service! We have not bought a new VFT as of yet, but we did get the chance to buy two used ones locally, and the team at VFT helped us get the added hardware we needed to complete our co-working space's studio. Colleen at the office was super helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. We look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thank you, Colleen and the entire VFT team!
Beautiful tables and great to work with.
I've done business with VTF twice, and both times they've gone above and beyond. The first time, the stools I ordered had a very minor glitch - easily remedied by me. But I thought they should know about it, so I sent them an email and they sent me back a lovely french paddle as thanks for the feedback. Two years later, COVID time, I ordered another stool, and to save shipping arranged to pick up at their shop. Saturday was most convenient, but their shop was closed, but GINA went out her way to meet us, on a Saturday,to deliver the stool ON HER WAY TO GET HER COVID SHOT. Can't say enough.

I love this company! Communication was excellent and the product is top of the line. I made several changes towards the end of the process and they worked with me throughout sending me photos and discussing the details with me. I am already wondering what else I can order from VFT!
The quality of my VFT is superb. No veneers, solid wood. My table is made of a beautiful maple. Small details like pegs and dovetailed breadboard ends really add to the beauty. The outsourced delivery was respectful of my home, professional and delivered exactly when they said they would. I would have no hesitation to order sight unseen again and again.

We ordered the Hunter table the Monday before Thanksgiving. We did not have a table for Thanksgiving so we were expecting to use a folding table as we did not anticipate the Hunter table would arrive in time. To our surprise it arrived at our home in Massachusetts on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. We were thrilled to be able to host our first family dinner on our new table. The quality and ease of installation exceeded our expectations.
Everyone talked with on the phone was really helpful. Table was incredibly made. Looks beautiful and feels substantial.
The table was just as we hoped, and more. It is incredibly solid, so much so that it takes 2+ people to move it. The wood is beautiful and classic and the wood work is great and the customer service has felt very personal. We are excited to have it for years and years!

Built with pride and precisionThis table is stunningly beautiful. It's as solid as a rock, and as smooth as a baby's butt. I didn't know that something made of wood could be so nice to the touch.We had this shipped to California, and the process was seamless. The table and benches were securely wrapped in blankets and the delvery guys were courteous and efficient.
I love my new custom waterfall table and the entire experience - from online customization to over the phone purchase to delivery - was absolutely amazing. The quality is easily as good as anything I own from Room and Board and the customization feature couldn’t be beat! I’d been looking for a counter-height waterfall table to replace my kitchen island, and local contractors either didn’t understand what I wanted or came back with super high quotes. VFT website was exactly what I hope every online retailer aspires to - easy to use, visually compelling, and allowed me to play around with the customization feature. That initial impression was backed by great customer service - I called to make sure I got an industrial level finish to make the table more durable, and got a quick and to the point response. Once I placed the order, I was pleasantly surprised that the team actually beat the production and delivery time frame they set initially by two weeks - and, I am honestly delighted with the quality and design of my new table. I just hope the cherry ages to a similar color of the R&B tv stand I bought it to match!
Great looking table that’s also rock solid so far. Needing a good trestle table for kitchen banquet. Looks great and really easy to put together. Definitely recommend this product. Shipping is easy and received it just a few days after ordering.
