I've been using this service for years now. I've grown very reliant on this service. The small dev team always creates awesome new updates that improve the service a lot. And the support has also been very helpful. I think choosing this service over other competitors is a good idea. Vaultcord is miles ahead in the security of your Discord server.

They were patient, thorough, and guided me step by step through the process, making sure I provided all the necessary information to verify my account. They even helped me update my email and regain full access without any complications. I really appreciate their professionalism and clear communication. This is hands down one of the best support experiences I’ve had—fast, reliable, and very helpful. Highly recommended, 10/10!

VaultCord is solid. I trusted it with my server’s security and used it as a backup. Support is polite and quick to assist. Definitely recommend if safety is a priority for your community.
Vaultcord worked well at first, but over time the service declined. Site issues, pulling issues, support issues. I'm an advanced user, so I don't need support often. But once I do write to them, I get straight-up ignored and my tickets get closed. The owner himself has removed my access from writing in the Telegram group, in which I haven't sent a single message. I bought their maximum subscription in hopes it would be better, but it's… NOT. My server got raided and their support didn't help a single bit. I tried to pull back my members and restore my server, but the owner said that my backups were corrupted??? What am I even paying for? So I then had to remake my whole server again. I asked for some kind of compensation, as a server outage costs me money because my business is losing money. All the owner had to offer was 2 weeks of the highest plan, which is totally not worth it after losing weeks of business. I asked for a refund and was denied because "your purchase is not within the 7-day refund period"?? I didn't even get to use the service and was still refused a refund.
absolute ridiculous service, support is non existent and takes days to respond. they removes important features like export members. Their marketing is misleading and mostly not true at all. I’ve been a long term customer for years, they’ve removed my old verified purchase 1 star review. Pulling members and vault cord website is also broken every other day, not very cool…
The support closed my ticket and I couldn’t pull members, I also bought members and they weren’t delivered I always got an error. First time I contacted support the instantly closed my ticket, the 2nd time they blocked me on telegram. Would not recommend to anyone, I would rather to use something else instead!

I’ve been testing out Vaultcord for several months now and it has completely changed how I run my Discord communities. The member restore feature is a life saver I know that if the server gets accidently banned, I can move my audience. The dashboard is minimalist, the integration is seamless, and the validation process very smooth from your users’ perspective. This is a must have for any serious server owner looking to keep their work safe
