Avoid

Previously used them with no issues, last order was placed and paid for. No goods were delivered. Made 6 attempts to contact them with no reply. Website now says it is undergoing new ownership. Luckily I was able to get my money back via my bank.

THIEVES LIARS and CHARLATANS

Had a subscription for a about 7 years.Quite pricey but reliable and decent quality until it wasn’t.Last six months late subscription and then no subscription..and they keep your money,still owed £40.Customer service was pure lip service… lies and waffle until they just ignore you and keep the money…What a way to treat a long time subscriber…Maybe they have financial troubles or are just a bunch of tossers….THIEVES LIARS and CHARLATANS..

Money taken but no products delivered

Similar to recent reviews I ordered directly through their web site as they were out of stock on ebay, that was 8 days ago, money has left my account but my order status is still awaiting fulfillment. I have left 6 messages on the website chat and sent two direct emails which they say "We aim to respond to your ticket within 6 hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday." but no replies so far. Today there is a new message on thier chat bot "Thanks for your message! VGE is in the process of change of ownership. We understand some customers are awaiting orders and we are looking into this. We'll follow up via the contact info you provided" Avoid disappointment and loss of funds dont order from thier website

Used the online store a few times…

Used the online store a few times however they have failed to deliver two orders and I’ve had no correspondents from them even though I have sent numerous messages and emails. The website says changing management now. I would not trust this website

Have stopped delivering

Yeah, like many others here I have been a customer for a long time but since November 2023 they have stopped delivering my orders and do not reply to emails or online chat. I have now been forced to cancel my subscription and hoping to get my money back. Such a shame, they used to be great.

I never received my order

I never received my order, emailed them three times and all emails were ignored, there doesn't appear to be a contact telephone number, do not order from this Website as I suspect it is a scam. Fortunately, I paid by credit card so have put in a claim and am hoping to get my money back

Please avoid this company

This is the first time I am using this company and it’s going to be my last time. I have gave several emails and no response so I just went onto Google and found out about the company. I just seen the reviews and they are 100% True, how can you take someone’s money and not fulfil their order this is a fraud company. They should not be advertising a product which they can’t fulfil now from a legit company now they are a fraud company taking peoples hard earned money and not fulfilling the order or not even communicating with them. Advise you this company has no respect and now it’s gonna take me awhile to get my money back from the Credit Card? company. I have spent a lot of money with this order. Just avoid this company. Hope you all get your money back

This company are taking your money and not delivering items - Do not use them

I spent £39.96 on vape liquid in November, you have to give them 30 days to deliver before reporting to your credit card company. As they could not supply my order due to supply chain issues (clearly they have nos tock) I advised in many e mails I wanted a refund, they e mailed to advise they have cancelled the order but they have never refunded my money. They advised in an e mail my order was out of stock but even today they are still advertising you can buy this liquid from them on their web site. This company are clearly a scam and Its a con to steal money from you. Therefore today I have reported them to my credit card company that they have stolen my money as they have not refunded me in nearly 6 weeks and my order was cancelled as they could not for fill the order. I have screen shot all the reviews as this will be used as evidence as they will be charged and investigated as this is theft of money. Shame on you Vape Good E Liquid !!! if I lived local I would be visiting you in person to understand why you treat honest people in this way.

Company Folded?

Like other reviewers here, I've got an overdue order and any attempt to communicate with them falls on deaf ears. I can only assume the company has ceased trading and taken outstanding order money from customers.Avoid like the plague.

Used them since they were Shoreditch

Used them since they were Shoreditch, and always delivered on time. Took payment in Nov for a batch, didn't turn up - they said they had supply problems. Then they took another payment yesterday while the first order is unfulfilled. I've emailed them multiple times and since the email about supply problems I've heard nothing. Avoid, cancel repeat orders and find a company that responds to emails and requests for an update.

Do Not Order From Here

Been a good customer for years with this business. They have now taken over £100 of my money. I have left many emails and messages with no response. I am so disappointed.

No response, no refund, always found them tricky even when they did respond. Do not waste your money.

No item and no response - chargeback if no response in 48 hours

Used this company for a while but clearly something is wrong. Placed order 3 weeks ago - nothing! Tried several times to contact them but no response. Came here to check and see many others. Plan (as a matter of principle) to do a charge-back (you can do this with paypal or cc). Lesson learned - best to use paypal for all transactions. Sad because used them many times - thing that frustrates is not that they clearly can't fullfill order (for whatever reason) - but that they just ignore you. Suggest others initiate charge-back before the 60 day legal limit expires. If I get a response/resolution within 48 hours I shall delete this review and not proceed with the charge-back.

Similar experience to other reviews, they were pretty good, now they haven't delivered 2 of my orders, can't get a response via the chat facility or from emails. Terminating my subscription today. It really is a shame that a good company has become so bad.

Do not buy from this company!

I’ve been a customer for some years,with a monthly subscription. Never had a problem, always quick to respond to late delivery queries etc. I don’t know what has happened, but I now have 2 orders outstanding, they are showing as unfulfilled. I have messaged and emailed them several times, with no response. I am out of pocket by around £50. I have put a stop on my subscription and continue to email but I don’t hold out much hope. Do not buy from this company, you will lose your money.

Do not order from these peopleThey take your money and don’t deliver your goods, at the beginning they promise to then stop responding to you, 3 months now and we’ve been robbed of £38 from them, disgusting company

Subscription order paid for 21st…

Subscription order paid for 21st November yet still listed as unfulfilled 8th December. No response to emails or online chat. They used to respond to messages but not any more. Don't know what has changed but now extremely poor. Do not use!

DONT BUY FROM THEM! You won’t see your money again!

I have been a customer for a number of years and they were always good. Over the last 3 months things have changed massively.I keep having delayed and missing deliveries, promises of refunds and then the same excuses why they haven’t done it as they’re chasing their accounts department.They have now stopped responding to emails!!Don’t buy from them! You will lose your money.

Not providing a refund for a product they don’t have stock of.

Ordered e liquid and they took the money in October - it never arrived so I contacted them and they said it was out of stock. 5 weeks later and I’ve been asking for a refund and all they say is ‘we are chasing our account department’. The same for the last 3 weeks. Do not buy.
