Interactive communications Scam
I suspect Interactive communications is a legit company. This said there is a scam company that somehow intercepts phone call made to published phone number found on the internet, like to companies like "Apple."They start out by telling you that your account has been jeopardized by multiple out of state people and that they can "Help you" clear the problem. The first Red Flag. Next they ask they you purchase a "Gift Card" in your own name. Next Red Flag. If you purchase a gift card through them in YOUR NAME at a resource like VANILLA or HOME DEPOT they can somehow convert the card to the account of "INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATIONS" and collect the amount of your Gift Card, say $500. The first time the name "Interactive Communications" will appear is when they convert the Gift Card that you authorized in Your Name and take your money. The name Interactive Communications will then appear on your bank records. Never purchase a Gift Card over the phone, even in your own name!

This company illegally scammed me after I made a call to what I thought was my LOCAL ( Oregon) cable company.I’m too stressed out and furious to type too much but —long story short-a middle Eastern person ( with whom I spoke) created a Paypal account in my name to purchase $202.18 in “gift cards” in my name. Paypal is having issues and saying it was a purchase I made - however after speaking to multiple people, one woman asked me if I knew ( gave me 2 people’s names) and of course I did not.She told me those names were associated with my BANK ACCOUNT!!!!I had to close my account and open a new one- AGAIN! The next day a different woman ( from Paypal) said there were no names but mine on that account?!?!( another outsourced call) I spent almost 2 hrs trying to tell her I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND DID NOT MAKE THIS TRANSACTION! So to reiterate - a person posing as being an associate with my local internet company scammed me by creating this account and now everything is completely out of control and I am out the money. I was told THIS is the company that took my money .I had never heard of them prior and am livid these types of people even existBe careful folks! * I also would like to know why they have a 2 1/2 star review when every single person has given them one star?!?! You can research all this information on Google and it is an ongoing problem! Hope they get their just desserts in the end…😡

Their Visa Credit cards don't work at…
Their Visa Credit cards don't work at US retailers, and their customer support doesn't have a number that works. It just goes to their automated voicemail and hangs up. Their website doesn't work for adding postal codes. Maybe it's a bug, but the card is unusable for all online merchants and gas stations in the US.

locking card and funds for checking balance
bought card and it wasn't even seen by another person or used anywhere other than their website which I typed in myself (not through google like the scammers say because clearly they know what's happening and are telling me why and whats going on) basically I checked balance on their official website and they locked up my card saying it's been compromised the info on my card has been compromised and they locked or to prevent fraud. which is funny considering they are frauding people out of their money now they are requiring photo ID proof of adrss and receipt before they will mail me a replacement. supposedly for investigation they gave me a bogus temp email to send my info on which will change for each person. it's funny because the policy says they aren't responsible for any feadulent activity on the card but suddenly they have the right to freeze my money because I do the only thing everyone does thinking it's safe and for info on the card. by the way when I called about the problem the person told me what happened before I could spit anything out claiming I used Google search engine and opened a fake exact copy of their website and entered card info that's what compromised it... funny thing if it wasn't you guys or your website or your doing how did you know the moment it happened and to freeze the card in the first place with no attempted transactions or anything other than entering the info on your attempt at scamming the world lock up peoples cards then throw the circus at them so they will give up on getting there money this cant be legal and I won't give up if I did this it would the theft or fraud at least. it always an east indian in a call center giving an random @incomm email. this is deff fraud company activity and should be avoided at all cost. I've wasted so much time on the phone with these guys and because of this incident plus not to mention starved when my food for 2 weeks was stuck on the card they locked for no reason it would take more than replacing my card for satisfaction soon the next stop will be the lawyers. suit up! warned you when I requested my replacement I'm a man of my word so shall I continue ?

Stay away i's a scam
I was bought a prepaid mastercard for my birthday, it had a value of £100 + £4.95 to purchase, when i tried to use it, it wouldn't work so i contacted customer services who said it looked like there had been some fraudulent activity. I had to send in all kinds of documentation including a picture of the back of the card. Less than 24 hours later i got an email saying they couldn't/wouldn't refund as the card had been used in person! I asked where it had been used as it certainly wasnt by us, they said Cromwell Road SW7, that's 55 miles from where we live - 1 and a 1/2 hours away! Clearly the card has been either cloned or this company is a scam you choose, either way i havent had the benefit of my birthday present but they've had the money!

Stupid prepaid cards that barely works! Get another brand!!!
It's no the first time. This card is blocked EVERYWHERE. It only really works on a few websites. I tried multiple webstores, which most didn't liked it. And no, I'm not out of funds. It ain't normal that a 100$ card doesn't work on a 40$ order..Get a The Perfect Gift prepaid card, they work WAY better.

They deserve a zero star. Purchased a prepaid Card at Walmart. one that said Right on the front "Accepted for gaming World Wide"Below that. online Gaming , Online Gambling , Online Sports betting , I go try to load it onto a casino website. Instantly gets Deactivated Funds locked For Apparently Fraudulent activate , First and last time using this Garabge company all stick with Paypower.ca at least they let you use YOUR money how you want. And not put in stupid policies to screw over the customer. Im gonna be down right Raging if I get the card and they charge me the 9.99$ fee for a "replacement" Unreal how a multi billion dollar company is still able to screw the little guy in this day and age.
