Don’t bother
I’ve had the unilateral knee extension/flexion device. I thought it would be a nice tool for training athletes, however, one can hardly get it in. There’s not much room, the seat doesn’t support the thighs so they always fall off to the side. There’s a discernible difference in swing on each side. It just plain feels cheap. I’m not happy with the machine and I don’t think a lot of others will be

Comfort when needed
My wife and I took a 28 day trip across our great country. Our daily travel plans were to drive equal to a days work. This meant sitting in a car anywhere from 5-14 hours depending on the destination. I enjoy staying fit and would work out in the exercise rooms provided at the hotel we stayed at. Two of the locations had a back stretching machine that I used which brought incredible relief and flexibility. When we returned home I bought one and believe it to be the best piece of equipment I own.Delivery was a day early and the quality is excellent and was pretty easy to assembleThe packaging was done well from damage prevention however handling it was a challenge

Customer service is great. Purchased the BD-83 Deluxe Cable Machine Functional Trainer. The machine is definitely commercial grade equipment and I'm loving the functionality. Also the smaller foot print fit my garage gym nicely. Only negative is a week after my purchase the price of the machine was lowered by $600. I paid the additional cost compared to other manufacturers to support Valor Fitness but wish I had delayed my purchase. Now the regular price is $600 less than I paid not on sale. Not happy about that.

Bad Item Description
I was looking for Dumbbell rack Cup replacements. In the Product description it says Rubber Cups. When the box arrived they were a hard plastic. I sent a email for a refund upon the return of the box. A Valor Fitness Rep responded promptly and issued me a pre paid shipping slip. I would say change your description and post a brighter pic of the item. It looked like rubber to me

Total body stretcher
The Total Body Stretcher machine I ordered was delivered quickly and was not too difficult to put together. It’s easy to use—I use it almost every day. I’ve got some neck issues and I would be in much worse condition without this machine.

Near gym quality
The angle of this bench is perfect. Also I’m 250 lbs and it feels very sturdy through all movements. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was there were scratches in the paint where the bends are made in the tubing,

Would have been nice to have the holes…
Would have been nice to have the holes 32 inches apart so I could have done one sideways. But they were slightly smaller and did not reach the studs.
