However, upon unboxing, I discovered a structural defect in the carrying case—a separated hinge that made transporting the projector a safety risk.While a defective part out-of-box is always disappointing, it is the resolution that defines a brand’s true character.I reached out to the AWOL Vision/Valerion support team, and the response was nothing short of world-class. Instead of a scripted, cold interaction, I was met with genuine empathy and a "goodwill" mindset that is far too rare in today’s market.They acknowledged the defect immediately and moved to ensure I was "made whole" without any hassle. To turn the situation into a positive experience, the team "sponsored" my family setup by gifting two pairs of 3D glasses so we could enjoy the cinematic experience together immediately. They provided a $50 refund on the premium Walnut Tripod Stand to make the investment more palatable and restore my confidence in the brand.The Valerion projector is an incredible piece of workmanship, but the service team is the real "premium" feature. They transformed a minor hardware failure into a story of long-term brand loyalty. If you are looking for a company that stands behind its products with integrity and heart, Valerion is the one.
I project the Valerion Max on a painted wall, not a screen. And it is the best picture quality I have ever seen. Whether it is 2D or 3D content, I am blown away by the experience. I am thrilled with this projector!
Invested in the Kickstarter for the VisionMaster Max. Excellent product! While some features are still not active yet with a couple of bugs still to iron out, overall it's a wonderful bit of hardware and I'm very happy to show it off every chance I get! It's my main TV and connected to my gaming console and PC, and the experience is perfect in each scenario. Performance in well lit rooms is also fantastic! No more needing extreme darkness to have a good view!
I recently purchased this projector and overall I’m very impressed with the product and its features. The picture quality, brightness, sound, and overall performance are excellent for the price point. It truly delivers a great home-theater experience, especially for family movie nights and kids’ entertainment.That said, I was expecting a full setup experience, including the projector screen and ceiling mount, which I am currently missing. Having those components would have made the experience more complete right out of the box. While this was a bit disappointing, the customer support team has been responsive and offered alternatives and guidance.Despite this, the projector itself is awesome for the given features and value, and once fully set up, it’s definitely worth it. I’m enjoying the product and looking forward to completing the setup soon.
I have bought several projectors, a screen and a surround system from Valerion, both through the Kickstarter campaign and through their website. I have had numerous emails with them, regarding shipping and delivery, taxes and technical support. Although they were a bit too optimistic with regards to the delivery times in the Kickstarter campaign, the personal support has been outstanding! They have always responded with clear, insightful and polite answers in a reasonable time (typically 0-2 days). Their products are absolutely excellent, with the best "bang-for-the-bucks" in the business. I changed my mind regarding a electric drop-down screen, and it was absolutely no problem to cancel. I have high trust in Valerion, and will highly recommend to anyone.

I received this projector yesterday and tested it immediately on a white wall (image size 180 x 350cm). I was absolutely shocked by the performance:• Outstanding 4K Image: The clarity is pristine.• Vivid Colors: The RGB triple laser produces rich, bright, and lifelike colors.• Impressive Luminosity: The contrast is excellent, even with a small light on in the living room.I am currently waiting for a matte grey 150” screen to arrive, and I can only imagine how much better the contrast will get. Even now, on a plain wall, it is more than enough. Comparing this to my previous beamer (Artlii Energon 2), the difference is night and day. I know they are in different classes, but the jump in quality is massive. I’ve never experienced such satisfaction watching a movie at home—it is way beyond my expectations.Another great surprise is the operation noise. This projector is incredibly silent. You can barely hear it when the room is quiet, and with audio playing, it’s unnoticeable. My old projector was noisy, and I didn't realize how distracting it was until I switched to the Valerion VisionMaster Pro 2. Now, my ears can finally relax and focus on the movie audio!Everything about this unit feels luxurious and trustworthy, from the build quality to the accessories. I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to step up to the next level of home cinema. Plus, it supports 3D—I can’t wait to get my glasses and test it with Avatar!
I just upgraded from my BenQ W1070 to the Valerion VisionMaster Pro 2 and the difference is impressive. I have a dedicated home theater room and the image quality is excellent. For the price, it's truly outstanding and unrivaled.

Fantastic company, super reliable, precise in shipping, always available to respond and provide support. As for the Vision Master Max projector, it is fantastic, I have never seen quality like this!! We are at incredible levels, a level of contrast and deep blacks of professional quality, not to mention the Thnderbeat sound system... it's like having the cinema at home! Even better! As soon as you connect it, everything is automatically configured very quickly, truly plug and play! The quality is amazing! I have never found such high quality in any other company. I would recommend it to everyone, it was truly a wonderful surprise!

The Valerian Max is undoubtedly the most stunning projector out there. It should end up in a Design museum, even better in the hand than the photos can do justice too. I ordered over the Christmas Holiday and while it took a while to get a reply regarding tracking issues. They apologised for the delay - due to higher holiday interest and orders. My initial issue was due to the SHOP APP as it wasn’t updating the tracking information - so I had no idea what was happening. ‘SHOP’ was set to pending until it arrived. I was in a panic. Was it lost or delayed? I had no idea. So for me the SHOP app was useless. Valerion should implement an automated reply email when you contact them, I’mtold this is in the pipeline so fingers crossed. As you currently have no idea if they received your email. This would be very helpful on a customer perspective. If I’d known they had such a high volume of orders and interest I wouldn’t have panicked. Unfortunately the package was damaged in transport. I would have liked the projector box, boxed again for shipping (there’s a trend everywhere now to reduce packing). Personally I don’t like everyone knowing what’s arriving and the damage to the packing almost look too vindictive to be accidental, but the leather box inside took the impact (but did dent). Without the second hard leather case the projector would have been damaged. Shame about the case so I’d prefer more shipping protection even if I’d paid the extra coins. But they were amazing when they replied. Very helpful very apologetic and even offered a price/offer match on one of there later promotions and honoured a coupon that failed to work on ordering. Overall the Projector is stunning even before you turn it on. The projection is stunning quality too. And can’t fault the customer service itself. Just a few technical niggles mostly IT that will be ironed out as they grow. I can see why they get the 5 star review here so if you initially panic like me just know that the SHOP app may not work correctly. And they did get your email. So don’t panic like I did. So adding an auto email and a better tracking system than the SHOP app would help on the consumer side. But they deliver on all aspect’s. No one else is close to the quality and product design (even Apple should be envious )
I bought Valerion VisionmasterPro 2 projector on EBay. The projector is the best in its class. Even better is Valerion’s support. They are very prompt and helpful.

I bought a Visionmaster Pro 2, a ceiling mount and a 150-inch screen from Valerion.Delivery took some weeks, and then I had two showstopper problems. :-( The 180W power adapter didn't work properly (I think it was underpowered) and their shipping warehouse sent the wrong screen (the outdoor screen instead of the indoor screen).However, their support was very quick and friendly, and they sent me a new adapter and a new screen quite quickly. They even let me keep the outdoor screen!Now I've installed everything, and I'm extremely impressed with the build of all three items and their attention to detail. It's a fantastic projector in every respect (hardware and software), the mount is super well-built and classy, and the screen is cleverly designed and looks really really nice. I'm happy. In short, this company is clearly trying to do the right thing, even if they seem to be having some challenges.
This company is truly exceptional and here's why. I preordered the VisionMaster Max in August after reaching out to customer support to ask about the timeline for their new flagship model. I was told to expect shipping around Nov/Dec, so I went ahead and preordered. Later, during Black Friday, I noticed they were offering a promotion that included a discount on the projector plus a bundle with one of their premium accessories: ceiling mount, walnut tripod mount, screens, etc. So I reached back out to customer support to ask about the discount and whether anything could be done regarding the bundle. NOT ONLY did they refund me the full discount amount, they also sent me BOTH the ceiling mount and Walnut Tripod! On top of that, they included a discount code for future purchases on their site, which I'll be using for an outdoor camping screen! This level of customer service is rare. Huge Thank You to Allen and the Valerion team for going above and beyond.
