It wasn't a quick or easy road, but Coach Jamie never left my side. He guided me, believed in me, and helped me get exactly where I was meant to be. I can't thank him enough for everything—he truly changed things for me.

Joyful Moment

I had a great experience with VA Claim…
I had a great experience with VA Claim Insider. I had already given up on receiving a rating for my back and sleep apnea but a Marine buddy told me to try VA Claim Insider so I did. I filed my Intent to File with the VA on June 16 and I received my final claim decision on December 23, with service connection rating for both. I would recommend any veteran who has been denied before to try VA Claim Insider and see what they can help you with, it is worth the shot.

I have to admit it seemed to be quite difficult to learn how to upload, find what portal I should be in, and overall I found it a little hard to figure out. I am not a techy guy, so the learning curve was steep. But the overall process was good, and Coach Josh did a great job.
