Really enjoyed using the UXPressia tool, which I had used to create personas, Journey map and Empathy maps for a Project. The tool incorporates AI and makes building the Personas, Journey map and Empathy maps much easier. I would definitely use this tool again to create my Product management job portfolio.

Excellent software for creating personas and journey maps. It is easy to use, easy to learn, and very efficient. In addition, UXPressia supports professors and students, allowing full access to educators to use the software to teach students. I will recommend this to anyone, it is actually better than most UX/UXR tools out there.

Best tool for team work
I found UXPressia through their templates. I actually used one for the first persona and map I built using the platform. Everything seems easy and graspable, yet I’ve spent some time reading Help Center articles and posts on their blog (didn’t regret a minute, lots of mapping tips). Presentation mode was useful when presenting my map draft to the team (they are on board to the date). I also love the opportunity to work on a map simultaneously, without interfering with my teammates’ actions. And reactions! We use those to validate each other's input. All in all, I would recommend UXPressia to try as a team.

UXPressia is a fantastic tool
UXPressia is a fantastic tool for mapping the customer's journey. I dare say not only that, but also the creation of personas and impact maps. So wonderful. I needed a tool in which I could create a custom map of the customer's journey and I will find all this in UXPressia. At the same time, I know the Google Analytics connector for measuring KPIs there.

I loved my experience with UXPressia, don't get me wrong. There's a lot of potential for the platform and also a lot of cool features to play with. Template are key and ready to go, for instance. However I'd like a larger pool of editing and design features.

Awesome online tool for mapping customer journeys
