This is a scam and a sham operation. They do not do anything more than file the initial application and try to scam more money with fake status updates and USPTO fees. They don't have any attorney on record in the filing and only use a potential dub email account.
Working with US Trademark Hub was enjoyable; they made the process simple and were very responsive and timely. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend them.
