They are a rip-off. After they send you the information they tell you it costs $1.25. I foolishly gave them my credit card. When I received the report it was not accurate. An hour later my bank called me and said they tried to charge my credit card $29.95. Thankfully I was notified right away and was able to cancel my card before any other charges were added.
This site had so much erraneous information and I requested my address be taken off this site. It also had my granddaughters telephone information...Stay away from this site and I am not sure that I put much faith in Trust Pilot or they they should not support it. I requested my address be taken down but they didn't
"They are scammers. They tell you they found the address and that the download is ready, but you have to pay $1.25 for the download. When you pay, the address is not there, and after you pay, they steal $20 from you. Don’t call them, and don’t give them your zip code; it’s to steal more from you. Thank God my bank alerted me quickly, and I canceled the transaction right away. Don’t fall for it!"
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! They charged my card 8 times and I had no clue who it was and couldnt find them to cancel since their name on my statement says usrealsreport, which is not their name. I tried to find this company in order to stop the charges, but couldnt locate them by the name on all the charges. Why would they not have their real company show up? This is something crooks do and thats exactly what they are! They blame me for not being able to locate them in order to get a refund in their 15 day window. How can I do that when I cant figure out who they are?! How dare they blame me, shame on them!! They refuse to refund the $159.60 they stole from me! I am a single mom trying to make ends meet and these crooks couldnt careless!! If a company goes by a different name so you cant locate where the charges are coming from then you know they are corrupt and need to be shutdown!! Make sure to check your statements and look for their alias name usrealsreport!!!
