Joe helped me see where to improve and alwayys provided feedback, wether I did good or bad. Honest feedback is the best way to improve. Kevin helped through the entire process. I appreciate the experience very much.
The program is great! The curriculum builds week to week - Analysis, Excel Python, SQL, Tableau and a final full data analysis project with presenting. The class is live bi-weekly instructions with weekly workshops and challenges to reinforce the instructions.
took the AI and Automation course with Upright Education and it was an excellent experience. The program is well-structured: it starts with clear fundamentals and quickly moves into practical, real-world automation workflows. What I appreciated most is that it’s not just theory—you actually learn how to build automations, connect tools, and use AI to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. The instructors explain concepts in a simple, step-by-step way, and the hands-on exercises make it easy to apply what you’re learning right away. The support and guidance throughout the course were also a big plus. I finished the program with a strong understanding of how to implement AI-powered automations in real projects and in my business.Highly recommended for anyone who wants practical skills in AI and automation.
my instructor Dan Carlson was very engaging with each student and also very enthuastic about course materials
I had a great experience with the AI Automations and Workflow course. It was very well organized, with a clear syllabus shared upfront that set expectations, and the program delivered on them. The weekly classes were supported by plenty of reference material, and the assignments had clearly defined technical requirements while remaining flexible when it came to choosing scenarios. Suggested example scenarios made it easy to get started, while still allowing room to build workflows around your own ideas and work experience. I learned a lot about agentic workflows and automations, and there’s a noticeable difference in my skill level from the first day of the program to the last.
This was a great start to my journey into the AI world. The live sessions, live demos even for the latest updates, and assigned exercises maximizes the learning. Less technical folks need not be intimidated. They can reach out. I also liked the career counseling session. Price is reasonable too as I shopped around. I would use Upright again.
The instructor was very helpful and attentive and willing to answer all questions. My only negative experience has been with accessing post graduate career help. I graduated in December and still have not been able to access Prentus.
Learned a ton about automations which coming into the course I knew very little about. Very confident in my ability to further build on the skills learned and help our company with the knowledge base procured through the course.
My experience with Upright Education as a Data Analytics student was overall very good. The program covered most of the methods and tools currently used in the data analytics field. I enrolled in the Data Analytics bootcamp, and while it was intensive, the instructor, Khalid, was very helpful—taking time to pause, answer questions, and make sure everyone understood the material. The program was flexible and worked well for students who were also working, which was a big help. I always felt supported, with Upright Education staff available throughout the journey. As a postgraduate transitioning into the IT and data analytics field, I also appreciated the career coaching, which helped with my resume, LinkedIn profile, and preparing to land a data analytics role.
This is a good data analytics training
Taking this course did wonders for me and my confidence. I have been doing my job for over 15 years and I have been wanting to try something new and fresh, and this is the beginning of my new journey. The instructors were very knowledgeable and passionate while teaching the course, as well as empathetic to us whom were seeing most of this "AI stuff" for the first time. The only reason I did not give this course 5 stars is because I felt like were flying by and I believe that 8-10 weeks would be more ideal.
Good stuff nice
Overall good program. A bit fast paced but this is what a bootcamp is all about. Although it was fast but the instructor and TA were really attentive and they took the time to respond and explain every question. On the career service side I like the fact that they are proactive and they will be reaching out to you.
1. the arrangement was awesome! online classes, assignments and practicals on Tryhackme lab was an awesome experience that made it easy to understand the course.2. The instructor (Ben) was patient with us and always available to help during class and office hours.
This is really a great program, very well organized with a very knowledgeable staff and instructor. I look forward to the remaining weeks of learning with these great folks!
I took the Cybersecurity bootcamp course and I feel I could have spent my time and money in a better way. I was tempted to put 1 star but that wouldn't be fair to the upstanding and frankly exceptional instructor and TA in my course. What I liked about the course: My instructor and our TA. They both were very well educated with a wealth of experience that they brought to the table in almost every class, our instructor offered tons of support and had a fantastic energy that made overall complicate and convoluted topics easier to approach. He broke down concepts into easy to digest bites and offered a ton of outside the course resources that helped elaborate on what we needed to know to furthure our education. Our TA was very approachable and, even though he seemed overworked, responded very promptly to issues and conflicts, offering a lot of flexibility that for someone like me (who held down a full time job the entire course) made it possible to work within my schedule. They both did an exceptional job and, because of the reasons that follow, actually allowed me to further my understanding of cybersecurity. What I didn't like: If you take nothing else away from this review understand this one thing, the educational materials, assignments, and labs are assigned and created by an administration with little to no understanding of the topics being taught. Had my instructor just stuck to the script and only presented the material he was given I would be hopelessly unequiped to work in this field. It became incredibly obvious that someone was just plugging "make me a presentation about identity access management" into chatgpt and then pushed that AI generated content to the instructors as gospel. The slide decks were either wildly lacking on necessary details or dove incredibly deep into concepts that were not relevant to the entry level jobs intended to be obtained by completing this course. Additionally many of the write ups and in session activities were painfully AI generated content with all the m-dashes and emoji's to confirm it, half the time they were hard to parse out and didn't reflect or expand upon the covered materials in class. It was also a consistent problem that the labs and sims (done though tryhackme) were never play tested, many of them were broken (confirmed via deep research required to complete them) and as a running theme did not elaborate or expand on the covered materials. The schedule of the class also proved to be inefficient, we spent far too much time covering unrelated topics, far too little time studying for the Security+ exam, and the capstones felt like an after thought slapped on at the end to give the class a feel of a college course. I'm sure Upright offers more, better crafted, educational options that may be worth it, but if your considering the cyber security bootcamp I'd recommend really researching alternative options.
My Professor Ben and Luke were extremely helpful in teaching me about cyber security and helped me learn a lot which helped me grew in my position of where I’m at right now.
This was my first real deep dive into AI Automation, and wow, what an experience! The class was exceptionally well structured, and the instructor's expertise truly shone through. He made the material engaging and turned the entire learning journey into something genuinely enriching.
It's a great program, it truly helps you learn about Cyber Security.
