My Husband and I signed up with Unified Wealth last year and have had exceptional service with them. Our Business Consultant is Eliot Lehrman. He is very Strategic and knowledgeable in his field with a kind and friendly disposition. This has been heavy on my heart and I felt the need to speak up. I had intended to do business with Unified Wealth, but I’ve had to reconsider due to a major misalignment in values. For members of marginalized communities, it is important to know that ELIJAH HIGHAM is associated with public displays of hateful rhetoric and derogatory slurs online. With a quick search on social media I was able to find posts from his partner that were incredibly disturbing. After that it was hard for me to try and separate his views from his partners. A company is only as good as the people it employs, and I cannot morally place my money and trust a firm that doesn’t address this level of unprofessionalism and hostility. I will be taking my business to a company that actually respects and protects all clients.

Great customer service
Maranda is super helpful and has reliable follow through. She helped me set up a self-directed Roth IRA and guided me every step of the way. It took some time, but there was never any doubt that creating and funding the account would be successful. Credit to Maranda for helping me to make it happen. I also wish to commend Justin for his detailed explanations and knowledge that helped me understand the best type of account for me.

Maranda is a gem. Please give her a raise. She was unfailingly punctual, pleasant, and well informed. She was willing to call to get additional help or information, and was always positive in our interactions. The customer service rep, E.E. was great to work with.
The customer service rep I worked with to open my account was thorough and patient as we worked through the applications. We had to schedule another appointment the next day to complete everything. She answered my questions and sent me some files to further inform me. This is the first time I've opened an LLC and bank accounts for that LLC. They walked me through this every step of the way.Great company.
