They just flag my catalogue as something wrong. It is already out there being played all over. When I go to address the flag I cannot edit the fields. Useless service if you ask me. software doesn't work and no people to back it.
Guys if you ain't gonna pay me out that money just lemme know, imagine since 3rd of February up to now, today is 3rd of May, there's nothing, and the support team doesn't care, because if you care you would have responded to my emails, but you act like as if you don't see them, you blamed my bank which was ok, and both of you company Borderless and Unchained you confirmed very well that the money was refunded, Borderless said the money is with unchained music and you also claimed that the money is with Borderless, if seriously that the money was returned and you have it, how long does it really takes you to send it back,All the delays happen because you don't really care about your clients, instead of giving us the support and service that we want, all you do is ruining our career and making our life a living hell, with stress and depression, the money was processed very well and if the money is with Borderless it can only take 1 or 2 business days to be submitted to my bank unless maybe you didn't inform them about that because they would have sent me an email because i really do know them and how quickly they respond, and that's what i really love about them you can chat with them, in 1 day you can text them and they reply back and you also reply they reply again, that's the type of service we want not begging for support team to help when they already know what they have to do, i still believe i got 1 or 2 more royalties still coming, after getting them please i will leave your company in peace because i believe that's what you want and it's the reason why you don't really care about your clients, i have used more than 15 music distributor but there's none like unchained, with all what I've experienced with you guys, i don't think you deserve to exist, all i need is my money after getting them please please please you're free to block me delete my account because i don't wanna have anything about unchained music, imagine you text the support team, you/they respond if they want but if they don't want they won't respond back to your email, now you gonna say that my pro subscription expires so the will not respond faster yet when i just signed i was on a free plan but you guys can even respond back 1 day or 2 but after paying you guys, all support i didn't get to see them again and all the promotion services you advertised after paying i didn't received any or maybe see them,Just style up and do the right thing because that's what you promised artists but not to make their life a living hell period, you can turn against me but I'm talking the fact. I am writing this to warn other independent creators about Unchained Music’s deceptive business practices. They are currently utilizing a "Bait and Switch" tactic that targets the AI-music community.1. The Bait: Misleading "AI-Friendly" MarketingUnchained Music actively markets itself in creator communities (like Reddit and Discord) as an "AI-friendly" alternative to traditional distributors. Based on this professional image and their outreach to AI artists, I purchased a yearly subscription on February 17th.2. The Trap: Impossible RequirementsImmediately after paying, my release was rejected twice. Their support informed me that they only accept AI content if the AI model is "Fairly Trained" certified or has disclosed all its training data. Since major platforms like Suno and Udio (which 95% of AI creators use) are not currently on this specific list, Unchained effectively blocks almost all AI creators AFTER they have already paid their non-refundable subscription fee.3. Human InvolvementDespite my music showing clear human creative involvement (stem separation, re-arranging, studio editing, and mastering) and me providing full proof of my Suno Premier commercial license, Unchained Music still rejected my content. They move the goalposts by demanding a 'Fairly Trained' certification that they know 99% of AI creators cannot provide. I followed every single one of their 'human input' rules, yet they still took my money and blocked the service.4. Categorical Rejection Despite Legal LicenseDespite providing official PDF documentation of my Suno Premier License (proving I hold 100% commercial ownership), they refused to distribute my music. They lure AI creators in with "AI-friendly" slogans, knowing full well that the tools these creators use do not meet their hidden, impossible standards.5. Violation of EU Consumer RightsI requested a refund on February 20th, well within the legal 14-day withdrawal period for digital services in the EU. They refused, claiming the "service was utilized" simply because I logged in and uploaded a file. However, the core service—distribution to global platforms—was 0% delivered.Conclusion:Unchained Music collects fees from AI creators while knowingly providing an unusable service to that same group.Creators: Do not waste your money here. They will take your fee and then hide behind their "Fairly Trained" policy to block your music and keep your money.
paid money for the year like a mug been trying to upload music ger issue after issue about isrc code but when i look for code its not there so cant input it telling them i want my money back silence also use routenote no hassles what so ever with them but this site can do one
I want to ask if you receive music from AI?
My initial experience with Unchained Music started off a bit rocky due to getting my releases denied because my track artworks needed to include text or some other elements.I didn't like that, but I understand streaming platforms probably require this. Anyway, after an additional hiccup with getting my release getting falsely flagged as matching some other existing song (which was impossible, my music was completely original) I was asked to submit proof of ownership which I think is fair and was able to resolve the issue.Even after encountering some of these things I decided to stick with them and give them a chance. I was able to get my Youtube OAC thanks to Unchained Music and I use them for all my releases from now on. Much better than Tunecore or DistroKid, and the fact that they're smaller/independent makes my support them more.
Another Platform who doesn't know how to deal with fake copyright infringement. Takes ages for them to upload content. Receives a false claim from a DSP and closes the account. Well your reply isn't true. We did replied within 48hrs including the proper documents. Despite that we even shared the documentation in that email. On Monday you decided to sent another email and terminate the agreement without even taking the time to look at our reply which was in 48hrs. Beside that the Previous copyright owner replied as well to your support team and copied you in a email thread with the DSP where they took down the content from that company who claims they are the right holders. Upside down world, that a right holder gets a claim for his own content and this is the problem with the mainstream DSP, you all dont investigate anything, Just throw it back to the Distributor and when it gets complicated you shut down the door by closing the account. For your next clients who will face such things make sure you follow up and reply on time before closing accounts.

Amaizng team and responsiveness. We wanted to release our track and get support with playlist pitching and the team did all of this and more. They also offered great marketing services. Very useful stuff for any artist who wants to make a dent in the market.
Unchained have always been great with me as an independent artist releasing music. I now release all my self released music with them. 5 stars
I honestly love unchained music. I am on the free option.I do have some stuff that I worry about such as not feeling stable with them. I feel like there were a lot of changes this year on their policies which I ultimately respect but because I'm on the free option my account was in "jeopardy", I had to reapply to keep my free account, so I did and then I got an email saying that my reapplication has been denied and then a couple hours later I got an email saying that they have accepted my reapplication and I am worried that this will happen again in the future therefor causing me a sense of instability with them. which makes me want to stop using their services.
worst experience. They will make your life a living hell. Avoid them. Arrogant, bullies, and scammers, NEVER will they admit they have a crappy attitude and they always make excuses. No refunds, so they keep your money.
