Absolute scam
Absolute scam, I want to close my account and withdraw my money and it was a point blank "no you cant". All they are interested in is me depositing more money with them. They are pushy to the point that it's cringe and uncomfortable. I was told when I opened my account with them that zi could withdraw anytime. I 100% recommend staying away from them. If anybody has dealt with them and managed to withdraw I would love to hear from you. The main person I deal with is called Sebastian " apparently" and my God, coming from a very successful sales background in the finance sector, he is absolutely everything I abhor in a sales role. Steer clear and place your money with a company who put the customer first and have clear transparency, how it should be. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Still haven't got my money and they dont reply to my messages. Use them and you will regret it. Absolute disgrace and an embarrassment as a company.

I was also contacted by Mrs Vergara and concern of this not being a legitimate offer from a reputable company. I was bombarded with txt until I decided to block the sender. Beware and do your dudiligence.

Total scam of a company. Do not engage with them. They make cold contacts with hundreds if not thousands of unsuspecting homeowners and then follow a script to rope you into a sales contract only to do a bait and switch. Not a legitimate outfit. Don’t respond to their outreach!

Horrible experience. This company is not even accredited by the better Business Bureau, not to mention the harassing constant nonstop phone calls this means most likely any great reviews are fake profiles to help boost their business. I been telling them not interested for5 years asking very politely to please remove me from their call list and I constantly get annoying calls just to repeat my self and now oblivious robotic texts from Angela Vergara every month. Some or the reps are really rude to hanging up after saying not interested to some saying I will call back in few weeks if that’s not constant harassment after repeatedly saying “not interested please remove me from your call list” then they are simply annoying.

Got a call from Justin at Ultra Home. Asked for his full name. Wouldn’t give it to me. Then stated I requested their services. Not true. Homeowners. Beware!!!! Then after making disparaging remarks towards me proceeded to abruptly hang up and disconnected the phone call. They start with a text and then berate you with untruths.

Ultra Modern Investments "Bait & Switch"
Ultra Modern Investments made an offer on a property I owned at what I believed was a good price given the comparable selling price of homes in that area. So, I accepted their offer, but I should've recognized that in their offer they had a "due diligence" clause that allowed them to back out of the deal without paying earnest money. After taking up my time and my tenant's time they then offered a much lower price for the property. I view this as a "Bait and Switch" tactic whereby they make offers they never intend to honor, so they can gain access to unsuspecting owners' properties. I recommend not doing business with them.
