I've been using the Ulike Air 10 for almost 2 years
I've been using the Ulike Air 10 for a little over a year. I bought it for 299 eur back in the summer of 2024, which was a really good deal, I think. My skin reacts badly to razors, and I really dislike the feeling of hair.My skin is very pale, and my hair is dark (though not black). I've used the device everywhere (always on SHR): face, arms, armpits, deep bikini area, and legs. It works well enough. I followed the instructions at first, gradually spacing out the sessions, but even after a year I still need to do a full-body treatment every 4-5 weeks. Otherwise, I notice hair starting to come back - mostly on my forearms and legs. I also still have stubborn patches in my armpits, upper lip, and bikini area, which I treat every 2-3 weeks, but after a year they don’t seem to stop growing.In conclusion, I do like it. After a year, the hair that grows back is thinner than it was before. It was very time-consuming in the beginning, and even now a full-body session every 4 weeks takes me almost an hour since I treat many areas at once. For me, it’s a good alternative to razors, but it’s not a one-and-done solution. I’m fine with that, though it’s not exactly what was advertised. Still, it’s cheaper than going to a salon.I wish SHR would recharge faster - it takes a few seconds between each zap, which feels ridiculously long. I also wish it had an auto-setting for SHR, because my arm gets tired from holding and clicking the button for an hour straight.

I’ve been using the Ulike A10 for a little over a year now, and I’m genuinely happy with the results. At first, I wasn’t sure if an at-home IPL device would really work, but with consistent use, I noticed visible hair reduction within a few weeks. The hair growth became slower and thinner over time, especially on my underarms and legs. I also love the built-in cooling feature, which makes the process much more comfortable than waxing. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take much time out of my routine. Now I only need occasional maintenance sessions instead of frequent shaving. Overall, it’s been a worthwhile investment for me.

I I bought the Ulike Air 10 In July 2025 and I truly recommend it ! I’ve noticed a significant reduction in hair growth especially on my legs where the hair was coarse and dark, the strands started to weaken after just the first 3 sessions. I could remove them easily with my fingers, just like the results from professional laser sessions🙈🙈🙈🙈I was hesitant at first to purchase the device, but I now feel it was the best decision. I bought this device because i am olive skin toned and have really dark hair. Having hair that shows that much against my skin makes me at times very insecure. I bought this device because i didnt want to do laser (i have little pain tolerance and not thousands of dollars to spend). This has helped me literally vanish my armpit hairs and bikini area already, i wanted to do these areas before i started on my face and i already feel more confident. I have nothing but great things to say about this device. The process is painless, very cold at times but you can totally handle it. Very worth it and their customer care is very helpful. Invest in this and be consistent and your hair will be gone.

Halfway the initial 4 weeks that you're suposed to do the treatmet 3 times per week I saw a hige change, there was much less hair and it grew slower, was hard to notice as if had to shave so often that i didn't get the chance to see really how long will it last, so at the end of that period you should do maintainance every 2 to 4 weeks, so I had the chance to see the diference and it was really noticeable, my legs and mustache where almost hairles, my armpits and bikini still had hair but much less than before and more fine it also grew much slower. I've been in maintainance for 3 months, doing the treatment every 3 weeks and im starting to have a bit more hair but still much less and grows much slower than originally, I think I should do the mainteinance every 2 weeks. Once I didn't do the treatment for 6 weeks and my hair grew a lot, so I think mainteinance is important and there are areas more stuborn than others but in general I'm happy with the results as I àlready knew somewhat what to expect as I did my research before buying .In conclusion it's very time consuming the first 4 weeks but for me is worth it as I have much less hair and grows a lot slower and can do it at home.I'll recomend, I just took one star as is time consuming especially at first ( but you'll have smooth skin for longer from the comfort of home longterm) and not really permanent.

So good I bought my mom a Ulike as well. My goal is to be almost hair free by Summer and I have noticed my hair is getting thinner and thinner by using Ulike. I definitely recommend this if you don't want to shave all the time.

I’m not reviewing the product because I haven’t received it yet. I’m reviewing the customer service — which has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled.My order was repeatedly delayed, and instead of simply shipping it, the company claimed they were “waiting on my response” to see if I wanted a $10 refund. Because of that, my package was put on hold.What makes no sense is that they are now saying I still have to receive the order before they can issue the $10 refund. So what exactly was my order being held for in the first place?I had to constantly check my email just to see if they decided to respond, when they could have easily shipped my order and addressed compensation afterward. Holding a customer’s order over a $10 offer — when $10 can’t even buy a meal these days — feels cheap and dismissive.This experience has shown a serious lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. I hope others are aware of how delays and “compensation” are handled before ordering.

I love this! I have fair skin and darker hair, and ive had excellent results. My leg hair is so fine and sparse now that I rarely need to shave. The cooling feature is great, and i dont find it to be uncomfortable to use at all. Ive recommended it to all of my friends!

Thoughts on Ulike Air 10
I have been using the Ulike Air 10 for about 2 months and the results are great! While it is somewhat time consuming (depending on the area you're working on) and it does require discipline in order to follow the recommended schedule to achieve the best and fastest results, it is definitely worth it. It is really easy to use and you can do it while watching TV.

I bought the Ulike Air 3 almost two years ago, and I’m honestly very happy with my purchase. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after consistent use, I noticed a real reduction in body hair growth.Another big improvement I noticed was with my keratosis pilaris (KP). My skin texture became smoother, and the redness and bumps gradually reduced.Overall, this device has saved me a lot of time and money compared to waxing or salon treatments. Ulike honestly comes off like a scam of a company. This was for one of the IPL products. When I purchased from them, I got spammed with emails about other products and my orders, but then, when I requested to return the item for a refund, I was suddenly on a ticking clock where I got an email notifying me every day that if I didn't respond, my case would be "closed" and assumed "resolved ". When I did mail the product in (comfortably within the return timeframe and completely unused-- I just had changed my mind about the product), I heard nothing from Ulike for weeks after the package had been delivered to Ulike. I reached out today to ask what happened and to find out about the status of my refund, and I get this incredibly impersonal email saying "my refund will be issued" in *another* 3-7 business days. I'm glad I'm *finally* getting refunded for an item I never used and returned according to Ulike's return timeframes and criteria, but Ulike truly feels like a scam, hoping people forget that they've returned something and likely never refunding. This product was expensive and I would have expected better service, at least just refunding me when they said they would after return of the product. I will never purchase from Ulike again, and I would never recommend Ulike to anyone else, simply due to this *complete lack of* customer service experience. Thanks.
