I love dishes from this company! Their glass products are true works of art. Crystal purity, stylish design and strength in one bottle. each plate, its own bowl, is the perfect combination of sunshine and functionality. My kitchen has been transformed thanks to their amazing products!

Orders placed 1 month ago. I have 2 orders that I have either not received or received damaged.Order #29990 – Never received. Never received email confirmation of shipment. Has been over a month.#29977 – received in a plastic bag which as expected contents delivered broken.Sent emails for both orders and only received auto generated response 2 days ago. Please respond ASAP.

Generosity of udarely by manufacturing defect
I ordered several fire double walled cups and one had a manufacturing defect. I reported this to the company immediately. I received a reply the following day with the message that they will replace this cup and due to the circumstances, give me another cup as a gift. Thank you again for your generosity! This is really not self-evident. I am already looking forward to making further purchases from udarely.

Amazing customer service
After having received incorrect items, the customer service team went above and beyond to get the right items to me in the shortest possible time and at a different address. The mugs I ordered were a gift and the recipient loves them.

What a great Company to deal with
What a great Company to deal with. Firstly I have to say the product is amazing, exactly what I expected (so rare these days) and I had a small hiccup with delivery and they fixed it so fast with no fuss. (also rare these days). Would recommend buying anything from this company and I will definitely be purchasing more stuff.

Glass Broke - Got replacement
I ordered two of the aquamarine glasses and even though they took a bit to get to me (about 2 weeks) they came in perfect condition. After a few uses (over 2 days, hand washed only) one was set down on a table and shattered. It wasn't set down hard, but it still was a bummer it broke. I emailed customer support, and Steven replied to me in a timely manner and offered to send me 2 new glasses. One to replace the broken one, and the other as an apology gift. He has been so helpful during this experience and went above and beyond to correct what happened. It made me feel appreciated; even though this experience happened, they still earned their 5 stars
