BAD SERVICE - Been a customer for over five yearss
Been a customer for over five years, In 2025, the service has really gone downhill. Wait time for call backs average four or more hours after being told an hour. The level of expertise has dropped requiring multiple phone calls to resolve problems caused by TTB. TTB antivirus loaded onto PC was bad and allowed access to PC by unknown parties. TTB antivirus on laptop not working properly with deep scan running WAY too long and the same with quick scan. After requesting via chat to escalate issues with service to higher level of management, no response after being told someone would call on a specific date. Had to spent over $1000 with another IT tech to get issues resolved. I would not recommend their service, too many problems caused by them that they couldn't fix.

These guys are extremely responsive. Always available at a toll-free number and have batted 1.000 in fixing whatever issues I've encountered. I also like that their support extends to all of our devices, phones for my wife and I, my home office PC laptop and various peripherals as well as her Mac and Apple tablet. I rarely do this kind of thing. I posted this also on my facebook page, and my people wondered if it was me, or if I had been hacked to marketing, lol. Here it is: a year ago, I purchased a technology support plan. I was SO nervous to trust it, but it has been AMAZING. They do EVERYTHING with ANY new device you get to set it up and get it running. But the PRIMARY thing was I've been having problems with my devices and internet, lagging services, slow speeds and spent a lot of time-SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT by myself. With overwhelm, frustration, confusion, etc. Was it my device? Updates? the Internets? I called ttbinternetsecurity today, and they did absolutely everything with a level of expertise that is beyond words. It took less than an hour, they did everything remotely... I have gone from uncertainty about the company to absolute trust and relief and gratitude at the level of skill, expertise, knowledge, competency and above all integrity of service and support. This isn't me chain marketing, rather, it is simple word of mouth for anyone wanting needing this kind of tech support if you were anything like me: doing the best you can but kind of lost in it? There are so many things I learned from A., the agent who so kindly and patiently and competently helped me and resolved all my issues... There are things only a technician can know unless you have that level of personal knowledge, experience and skill. IT IS BEING WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY.
