They were the best price for the zepound. I've had no issues with them. The packaging and service has been professional. I did need to contact them So we'll see how they do. Most of the negative feedback seems to be communication issues.
I had a great experience ordering from them last summer. But I ordered again in December and 2 weeks went by without a tracking number. They don’t respond to emails or texts. I finally requested a refund and got a fake email saying they received my request for a refund and it was processing. It’s been 3 weeks and no money is back in my account!!! Had to file a claim with the bank.
They do not answer emails or texts. My November and December orders are still processing, but they were paid for. Just a really bad experience, to say the least.
They refuse to answer emails about an order I placed in DECEMBER. I still have no order and I WANT A REFUND. I hate companies who don’t communicate or help in any way. Stay away from this company. They are the worst.
I have sent 9 emails asking for assistance and cannot get a reply back. Very discouraging. I made a mistake when ordering. I need assistance.

WOW at the mixed reviews!! My experience has been great with TRYM. I'm on my 2nd boost shipment and its supposed to arrive today. I've been on Tirzepatide for over a year was with another company and it ran about $100 more a month. You can't beat the price TRYM offers with any other company and the meds are just as potent. It makes me wonder if the bad reviews are intended to give the company a bad name. I've had nothing but a good experience with the company and product.
Skeptical at first but the results have come fast. I'm averaging about 1-2 lbs lost per week with relatively suppressed appetite especially after injection days.I am NOT someone who is fond of needles, but the little itty bitty insulin syringes don't feel like anything when you use them (unless they're blunt - ouch!) and it takes all of five seconds to perform once you know what you're doing. I'm currently on 7.5mg tirzap with great results. Support is very responsive once you get their attention, and has helped me with ordering spare supplies when needed.I will continue to renew my subscription until I'm at my goal weight. So far so good, but if things change I will update my review in a couple months.
Doing great since July. First shipment ordered on 6/4 and received 6/10 compared to waiting over a month with my previous provider. I also received slightly extra medication just in case I needed to move up early. Nice! Second order submitted (for three months boost program this time) 7/18 and received 7/23. I received enough to move all the way up to the maximum dose automatically. Much thanks to Kat at support who really helped me and applied my discount code to the order!My weight loss journey started me out at 262 lbs and since June with trym and a basic body weight exercise routine and daily walks I've finally gotten under 200 lbs sitting at exactly 198 lbs! The last time I was this light was OVER twenty years ago in HIGHSCOOL!! Countless attempts at changing things, personal trainers, and diet plans and nothing has given me more hope than this. I can now play with my nieces ans nephews without being out of breath in five minutes. To me, that's already priceless but given the fact that I've also saved money not wasting on takeout or groceries I actually think my net was almost nothing. Definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health and I've got my partner on it too. We're working to both be at a healthy BMI before the end of the year and we're well ahead of schedule. If you're on the fence go for it - I'm glad I did.
It is an absolute scam! The meds they sent were in several teeny tiny vials. It was not cold & there was no pharmacy label anywhere to be found on the vials or packaging. When I looked up the address where the package came from it was absolutely not a pharmacy& said the property had been sold. I contacted them and asked for a refund. Never heard from them again.The only way I was able to get my money back was putting in a dispute with my credit card company. I was on the website just recently & they still had my account active. This was after asking them to cancel my account & refund my money. I will be double checking with my credit card company to make sure they can’t make any more charges. I was trying to save a few bucks otherwise I usually am more careful .Too many of these places are not legit. There were red flags. I just chose to ignore because they were cheaper. Anyways I’m sticking with Remedy Meds. They are legit & have been great. Yes 98 more a month but worth it.Have lost 40 lbs in 6 months.
It took about 5 days from ordering to get a tracking number, and then two days to get here. So way quicker than previous provider which took almost a month.Meds were lukewarm on arrival but provider assured they were okay and thus far they’ve worked like a charm. I’m definitely losing weight. Can’t comment on customer support because I haven’t had any problems yet but I will reorder and see how quick the next batch comes soon.
Order#: 11486 This company does not have a number to reach, which is concerning. I had messaged previously about not receiving my syringes and have received no reply. Upon venting to my friend he told me he just reorder because he finally ran out of his booster. He told me he received 4 viles, I received 2 for ordering two boosters for 1375 plus the 25 for the syringes I did not receive. I can't call you I have to hope and pray someone messages me back again which has not happen. This needs to be fixed.
Six months in and doing great with so far two boost orders. I have lost 49 lbs and counting. I just got my sister on to it and she's already down 10 lbs in a month! First order shipped 6 days after placing and arrived overnight, second order shipped 5 days after placing and arrived two day air. Both came thawed and worked just fine. My sisters first and only shipment took longer; about 10 days until it shipped overnight but apparently they do not ship over weekends, so if you order on a weekend and it pushes until after you could be waiting a little longer so plan accordingly or just email for updates/expediting. This is still way faster than my previous provider that took over three weeks to fulfill refills! They are very helpful especially Taylor who assisted me in getting a replacement vial for one that I accidentally broke! I would give ten stars if I could. Much appreciated and will continue to use and recommend to others.
Nothing but positive things to say. Over the past six months, I've lost around 62 lbs total and finally got to a healthy BMI. The boost deal was good for me and a lot cheaper than name brand. Came out to $225 a month before discounts and I probably saved about that every week on groceries, takeout, etc. Appetite has remained suppressed as soon as I got past the starter dose!I'm going to be reordering later this month. Never had any problems and I'm surprised to see others have some qualms, but I've never had any issues and support has helped me every single time I've asked a question oftentimes the same day.
***UPDATE****After 5 emails and almost 2 weeks I received a response. Trym says that I must have missed my response. Not the case. I have watched my spam and regular email carefully. Apparently the medication is fine when not opened or subjected to direct sunlight or temps greater than 104. Good to know. Suggested that they have an easier and faster way to get in touch with them. Not sure that will happen After reading lots of mixed reviews I decided to give Trym Health a try. Very easy process and meds came in the timing that they said they would. I ordered a refill of my meds and it was processed and shipped. Unfortunately UPS had a delay and it took an extra day to get to me. When I got the meds they were not cold at all (neither was the ice pack). We actually used a thermo gun and the meds in the container were 75 degrees. I have sent 5 emails in the last 1.5 weeks with absolutely no response except their standard autoreply. The only numbers online that I can find do not work. After doing research it says that compounded Tirzepatide is only stable for 21 days once it comes to room temp and I paid for a 3 month supply. It needs to be replaced. I have reached out in every way possible to them. Their customer service seems to be nonexistent. If I don’t hear back this week I will be forced to file a dispute with my credit card company and find another supplier. Such a disappointment.
Customer service is almost non existent. My refill has been in “ processing” for 10 days now. Nobody responds to text and it can take a week before anyone responds by email. You finally get your vials, but, when it’s time to refill, like I said, I am still waiting 14 days now. This is VERY disappointing and frustrating. I received the medication roughly a week after ordering. Medication is working great so far! I was skeptical at first but went ahead. I had a friend who does it and she’s lost 30 lbs on it! It comes in very nice packing and a nice temporized container !
Placed a boost order with TRYM health 10 days ago. It was a 3-month supply of tryzipotide. I sent them an email inquiring about my order. They replied with: it takes about a week for new patients. We are resuming shifting after the heat wave in the northeast ends. I live in the Northeast. I thought that was a ridiculous excuse. I asked for a refund.
Great customer support and product is working. Already down 5 lbs in my first week with slight nausea but other than that I'm going strong :) Will be cancelling my subscription and ordering a boost instead go trym!
Works as intended! I was previously with henrymeds and it felt like injecting water. I will say that your first delivery with trym takes around a week-ish (which is exactly what it says on the receipt for new patients), but after that refills come super quick. I'm about six months in and have lost 45 lbs. It's an amazing feeling to have your mobility back and to be able to play with the kids for an hour without heaving. That's priceless to me and tbh I probably saved more than I spent eating less!Great company, super fast support, and excellent compound that actually works. I'll be sticking with them until I'm at my goal and then reassessing.
