Ben has been an Intricate factor is my journey.EARLY in 2015sh I found him in YouTube. He was taking about Omega 6 to the YouTube host Amanda Bright, his knowledge impressed me and gave me actual tools to make a change in my skin. No doctor, no dermatologist, has given me the information/knowledge to correct the acne after going off birth control at the age of 32.I damage my skin in my dark moments of desperation. Picking the cystic acne made it worst.Then I found Ben online. Then, in 2016 I decided to enroll in esthetics school. My background is from corporate America. I have been so happy with my interactions with truth treatment systems. Firstly, I bought a small sample pack so I had two weeks to use the products and see how they felt on my face. This sold me and I have been buying product ever since. I have also expanded into other products they have because each one seems to improve the look and feel of my face. I have also interacted with Customer Service a couple of times for assistance. They have gotten back to me quickly and their recommendations/actions were extremely helpful. I am very happy with this company. I also sense that They are on the cutting edge of skin care so I look forward to seeing what will be coming down the pike.

They ignore your attempts to contact them.
I ordered 1 bottle of Serum C (30ml) @ $170.20. They placed that product on an AUTOMATIC MONTHLY REFILL which I did not request. I have received a total of 3 bottles (1 per month for 3 months) which I never ordered, for a total of $510.60 charged to my credit card.They have ignored my requests to rectify this error. Therefore, I have no recourse but to notify my credit card company of this fraudulent activity and they will refund my money and cancel the payments to Truth Treament Systems. In addition, I will notify the Better Business Bureau and also file a consumer complaint to the State Board of Pharmacy re Mr. Fuchs.I also noticed on Truth Pilot that this exact same fraudulent activity has occurred to other Truth Treatment Systems customers.
