Sadly, I neglected to read reviews before ordering. I also never received my order. I was just going to dispute the charges, and realized my card has NOT been charged. However, like another reviewer stated, they now have my CC info. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered from here, too. On August 24. It's now October 9. Phone number doesn't work. Emails not answered. Package never shipped. $135 lost. Site seems *so* legitimate. Don't order.

I have not received an order placed on July 28, 2025. It is now September 5, 2025. I've sent emails to inquire about my order and have even given them my phone number to call. Don't know if anyone else has done this but I put them in my contacts (including their address) so I would know who was calling. When I looked at their address on Google maps, a photo of their location street view comes up and it is a posh residential home. If that weren't enough, another business shows up at their address named My Little Tree Daycare which shows the same posh residential home on Google maps. These people are Scammers STRAIGHT outa... well you get what I'm saying. Don't even consider doing business with these people. Fortunately my credit card has not been charged but like others have said, they now have my card info. I'll be watching our statements for a long time to come.
This TrueFoodsMarket has terrible customer service and I have to wonder if is a scam company. This is because I ordered over $300 worth of food on July 27, 2025; yet still today (Aug 25th) I have not received anything from them. On August 10th and Aug 17th, I sent emails to their support at truefoodsmarket dot com with their "Order #34266 confirmed" information; yet never received any shipment tracking information or any human response at all which is sad!! This company did not even provide a phone number anywhere on my receipt and the only email is Not answered so terrible company!
My experience was limited to trying to get the expiration date of a pasta item on sale. The phone number is buried in the Terms of Service section on their website, it is rigged to dump calls before the phone can ring and there is no way to leave a voice mail. (BTW, the TOS says they're located in McClean, VA.)The only way to communicate is via web mail on the website, which does acknowledge you sent a web mail but you have no record of it's content. After searching online for another, hopefully working, phone number, I found what is allegedly their Orem, UT address and phone number (801-437-3282). This wasn't a surprise since there are numerous retailers who have warehousing & shipping services in the Orem area. The True Foods Market Orem, UT phone number essentially functions the same as their McClean, VA phone number; BOTH ARE RIGGED TO REFUSE CALLS. During my search, I also found this trustpilot.com consumer reporting site and after reading others very recent experiences, I realized that True Foods Market is probably not a company I would appreciate doing business with. Just like others. Placed my order on Feb 5, received a confirmation email promptly. Never received a shipping confirmation email. Three subsequent emails inquiring about order status each promptly "confirmed" by auto-response, stating "has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". Nothing further ever received. Thankfully credit card not actually charged, but they do now have my credit card info. STAY AWAY.
I had the same experience as everyone else thus far. I placed an order, received a confirmation email, waited for an order that never arrived, sent an email inquiry after two weeks, no response, tried to call but the line is dead. Clearly there is no business here. Probably just a way to get my credit card number.

I believe I was scammed. I ordered in November and it's now 2 months and 5 emails later. No reply to any emails. Same as others, I thought I was supporting an alternative vendor instead of Amazon.
Same happened to my order. After placing an order, never get shipping notification. When I contacted by email, no response. Tried the phone number on their web, never got connected. Took another look at the website and everything seemed very shady.
Beware of Truefoodsmarket – my experience with this company has been extremely negative. After placing an order, I received no communication or updates, and all attempts to contact their customer service via email and phone were completely ignored. It has become clear that this company is unresponsive and unreliable.Based on my experience, I would caution others and suggest avoiding any transactions with Truefoodsmarket. Their lack of transparency and customer support raises serious concerns about their legitimacy. Proceed with extreme caution when considering purchasing from this site.
I believe I just got scammed by truefoodsmarket! I, too, thought this was a small “mom-n-pop” shop so placed a $50 order - received email few weeks later with invoice stating item was “refunded”. No, it wasn’t. I never received a refund. Ugh. Sometimes I just hate people that scam others. So disappointed.
I think this website is a scam or a front. I got a confirmation email, but the order never shipped. Emails to support go unanswered, and the phone number does not work. The QR code to check your tracking status just downloads an app, but does not give you any tracking info. The text on the website is pretty unprofessional. I was hoping it was just a small mom-and-pop storefront and that's the reason it's so shady-seeming, but in reality, I think it really is a scam. Stay away! I hope I either get my product or my money back.
Placed an order through the shop app. It just never shipped. They never responded to any communications at all. Then *4* months later I get an email from them that says they refunded the order.
