Excellent After-Sales Sorry from Matt at Triumph GB
I contacted Triumph GB with a question and a document request, and Matt from the Aftersales Team was incredibly helpful. He responded promptly, handled everything without hesitation and made the whole process straightforward and stress free. It’s refreshing to receive such professional and friendly support and it really reflects well on Triumph’s customer service. Many thanks to Matt — much appreciated.

Triumph Turin, Virginia - Amazing service
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff of Triumph in Turin Italy.... I had a clutch issue whilst on Holiday in The Alps. We rode to the nearest dealer which was the TURIN branch and were welcomed immediately by Virginia. We were offered coffee and cold drinks and then she set about trying to help us. Unfortunately they didn't have the clutch plates that I needed in stock, so they tried to find an alternative local dealer who could help us. In the end we found an online stockist in San Marino and again Virginia offered to talk to them to make sure nothing was lost in translation and I could ride over and pick up the next day, making everything effortless and worry free... She really is a massive asset to the company and the epitome of customer care, she saved my holiday and I really am so thankful as 2 days later I was back doing trails through the beautiful mountains !!

Triumph were an amazing help
I rang 3 motorcycle dealers near Newcastle as we wanted to sell our sons Triumph Bonnerville T120 and purchase another bike. This seemed a bit problematic as our son lives over 200miles away and I don’t ride motorcycles. Two of the other motorcycle dealers were not great but Eric at Triumph Newcastle was amazing as he made things so easy. We sent him photos of the bike and he gave us a price for part ex against another bike and negotiated a fair price on the bike our son was looking to buy. Eric arranged pick up from our house of the trade in bike and organised his new bike to be delivered down the country along with a suitcase with all our sons riding gear, helmets and jackets etc.The transaction went so smoothly and the price difference between the two bikes was in our sons bank account a few days after arrival. Thanks Eric and Triumph I wish all motor vehicle dealers were so easy to deal with.

Just a warning
Just a warning, don't pay for the next day delivery in clothing, it cost me 6.99 for next day delivery and it came on the third day!

Triumph penny pinching no owners manual
Oh dear triumph, having owned about 20 Hinckley models and been devout supporter my new bobber with 3 miles on has a battery failure, because triumph has decided that they won’t supply hand books anymore even when you spend £15k on a bike and I cannot access the internet where I live due to poor phone signal I am left having to try and sort it out or get it recovered to Exeter some 70 miles away because my local dealer went into administration just before Christmas. The point is why do Triumph not supply this handbook anymore it’s needed? It’s a complete lack of care for owners while trying to save a few pennies to make more money. What has happened to Triumph it’s not what it used to be.

Far exceeded my expectations
Unfortunately due to a number of issues a Birmingham based motorcycle dealership who sold various brands went into administration two days ago. I contacted Triumph with regards my service and they couldn’t have been anymore helpful if they tried. I appreciate we are all different and have different experiences and expectations, all I can say is Triumph have far exceeded my expectations and are far better than other so called premium brands. I’m now on my second Triumph and without question my next bike will be another Triumph.

Lack of interest or service.
I ordered a Triumph Speed 400 on October 21st 2023 and paid £2750 deposit and trade in for March 1st delivery and am still waiting for it to arrive. The dealer says it left Triumph around the 1st but they have not got it.I rang Triumph enquires dept but was not helped their only response was "go back to the dealer that,s why we have them" so it seems Triumph are really not interested in helping me and I have no bike or any sort of help. This harks back to the kind of service one got in the 1960,s and look what happened to the industry back then.

Triumph Factory Tour, really worth the time
We recently visited the Triumph Factory for the Factory Experience. Wow, what can I say - an excellent 'day' out, the two exhibition floors are worth the visit on their own and if you are just visiting them and the cafe it's free. But I urge you to do the Factory tour, the guide we had was brilliant. Friendly, as we discovered all staff were and he had so much knowledge of the current factory and the history. You could clearly tell how proud he was of working for Triumph. This truly is a factory tour, you get to go round the whole factory, including the production line, the paint shop - everything. The tour last around an hour and a half and is accessible, I visited on a mobility scooter and there was no issues for me at all. If you love bikes, go, do the tour and don't forget to look round the exhibitions and visit the shop and cafe - excellent time.

I change my bikes every 18-24 months
I change my bikes every 18-24 months. I had seen great reviews about Triumph bikes so I booked a test ride. The local Triumph dealership (Streetbikes Halesowen) was a breath of fresh air in that there was no pressure to buy. I was impressed by the test ride, fit and finish of the Tiger 660. I was offered a great deal on a new bike which other brands didn’t come close to. The bike was delivered on time and in fantastic condition. Everything was explained to me by the delivery team and everything from the owners book to the first service booking was above and beyond by comparison. I went on the Triumph factory tour in Hinckley and again was impressed. All in all this is the first Triumph I’ve had but it won’t be the last. Very happy.
