My first trip with Trips To Go to Thailand
I have been planning a trip through Trips To Go and it is my first time using them. For months now I’ve been conversing with them on organizing my trip as I booked it for in advance. They have always been there to take my call and spent the time on the phone with me to resolve questions. They are amazing. It has made my trip something to look forward to. Being an international trip, I had a lot of questions in preparation.Thank you, Trips To Go can’t wait to give you a review on my trip when I get back from Thailand

The experience was okay
The experience was okay. It took too long to get through the recording to speak with a live person. The recording kept repeating the instructions and could not answer the questions. Too many unnecessary questions before you get to the prompt to speak with a live person.

Great experience with Varlene from TriptoGo
Varlene was great to work with on my issue regarding a passport update that I had previously requested from TriptoGo several weeks prior. She quickly took action and resolved my issue within a few hours! She personally contacted me over the phone to make sure I was aware of the passport update on the TriptoGo website. Need more customer reps like Varlene who reinstilled my confidence in TriptoGo!
