Shopping with Trimleaf was a very nice…
Shopping with Trimleaf was a very nice experience. They emailed me when i was deciding to help me with any questions. They even emailed me after I placed the order to let me know wit went though and when to expect the package. This was an actual person and not automated in any way. This just felt real nice as a customer that they are out there grinding and making it a smooth transaction.

Very nice drying unit
Very nice drying unit. Still not sure how to program the Tuya app but then again, I am not very app savvy. But the info that I do get from the app is great to have. Their customer service is second to none!!!!!!!

my missing and broken item
didn't receive the silicone puck or the silicone dab mat then once i decided to cut my loses short and just try to use the press and seen it was cracked and didnt stay shut so i let albert know at customer service and he made sure to let me know it not trim leaf fault and he apologized and made sure to fix the mistakes and is sending new items not so happen with the guys at ju1ce box but what can i do my problems got solved and im on the track of this being a good purchase as long as everything goes as planned
