This site is a scam
This site is a scam! The official at Taiwan airport immigration told me it's a fraudulent site! For the TWAC always free n quick at the airport, should be .gov! If u click the document download, they will get into your device n steal your personal info! Instead of charging the $20 for what you thought a rush application as they indicated, it charged $150 to my card, which I dispute n cancelled my card.

Deceptive company
Deceptive company. Made their website look like the official government website and didn't show their $100 fee anywhere that i could see. My first indication was after entering my credit card information. I refund which refused, referring me to their T&Cs.

SHADY COMPANY DO NOT USE
This company isn't forthcoming on pricing. In very light grey tiny writing it shows a price of $100 that is easily missed and then in bold coloring shows two options of $15 or $30. I chose the $15 thinking that was the cost. All of a sudden I see the $100 charge on my card. The company has all these crazy threats for doing a chargeback that might be all BS but not worth trying. HORRIBLE COMPANY

This was a complete rip off. This site pretended to be the official Malaysian ETA site and then charged me money which the Malaysian Government site did not. Buyer beware you are being charged for a free service!

Lost money
I was charged twice for a document, the first time I submitted the application I got an error message saying I had to start over. So I did that, then it went through. But when I later check the bank I still got charged twice

I am still waiting for my visa and I travel in a few hours, Travel card has not been delivered as promised. I was charged $90 when I clicked $20. The AI assistant is annoying when you need escalation and have no idea if there are helpful humans on the other side who understand the frustration.

They are not at all upfront with their fees. We were lead to believe that we were only paying for the actual Aruba ED card which is $20 US per person. We ended up paying $200 CDN for our two cards by using this site. Wished we would have been directed to the government site instead of redirected to this site that we thought was legit. Beware!

I was charged $98.95 for a visa I should have got for free. My friend went in a different website, cost her nothing and she received her entry visa before me. I felt scammed. I will be telling everyone I know not to use your website

Great, much more than I expected from services (hotels, shopping, taxi drivers, massages, hairdressers…), everything was subordinated to customers. Thailand can improve cleanless and sidewalks on Koh Samui.

You didn’t list the price you were charging for ED cards for Aruba. I was charged $140. For 2 ED cards. I didn’t realize it would be so expensive and also thought I was completing the application process with Aruba- which is free. I felt very taken advantage of.
