Forte is an amazing and professional agent. She makes the process of finding the perfect trip seamless and works expediently on behalf of her clients. I greatly appreciate her sweet spirit and follow through skills. I will continue to refer other fitness and associates to Forte as she has been a joy to work with!

Excalibur Travel I will never use them again
In my opinion Excalibur travel needs help with communicating with their customers. I will mention two incidents but there are more.1. At the time when I first heard of our family trip and the Riu Resort I Googled the resort and went directly to Riu Montego Bay website and noticed there were two locations "Riu Montego Bay Resort" and "Riu Montego Bay Palace" (now there are three). I called Excalibur Travel to ask which resort did they provide quotes. They had NO IDEA that there were two resorts in Montego Bay. This was a sign of what was to come. As a matter of fact she got upset and told me that when going on the internet and googling Riu there will be tons of websites and there is only one resort. I had to let her know that I was specifically at the Riu website and it shows more than one location in Montego Bay (the hotels are right next to each other). She was clueless!2. When asking for information they (Excalibur) should explain the reason why they are asking for your personal information. When I was asked for information it was simply stated that the information was needed. When I asked why was the information needed. I was told where to find the information. Then I asked my question again as to why did they (Excalibur) need that information and I once again was told where to find the information. This happened 3 times via email then finally Excalibur Travel called me again to tell me where to find the information. I asked again "Why do you need this?". Their answer still didn't make sense to me because it was related to my airline travel and I would have been making my own re-routing/travel plans if such an emergency happened. I am saying all of this because, if Excalibur had sent me a complete sentence in the original email I could have responded appropriately. I got delayed in Charlotte NC as well.

No response from Agent, Forte
Flight continuously delayed in Charlotte, based on snow storms, we all attempted calling the agent, ring no answer, no call backs, finally arrived home at 3am. Will never utilize this agent/agency again!

Spiritual Excellence
I was totally satisfied with the service render. A spirit of excellence was exemplify from the beginning to the end. What a great feeling to experience when someone is attentive and caring from start to finish. The professionalism and wealth of knowledge given was priceless. I don't plan on going anywhere else for my travel plans. Thank you very much Ms. Forte' for making my family and friends feel safe, secure, satisfied and mostly, "special"! You did the thang my dear!!!!!
