Excellent Responsiveness and Flexibiltiy
We just completed booking our second cruise for 2026 with Darren at Cruise Direct Online. Each time, Darren listens to our needs and books exactly what we need. If our needs change or for any other reason a change is needed, Darren is always right on top of it and handles it promptly and correctly. It is so reassuring to have an expert looking out for us.

My experience has been excellent …
Raye Trencher had been our cruise consultant for years. It was heartbreaking to learn of her passing-actually left a void in our lives. She was a wonderful person-excellent service. Darren stepped in and is carrying on that tradition. We’ve gotten to know him and cannot say enough about the advice, communication, knowledge and true concern we’ve received from Darren. I’ve come to the conclusion that taking care of his “cruisers” has become his passion. If you want to be considered as family, there is no better place than Cruise Direct OnLine. Saying that even though currently rock & rolling along the Central American coast but guess they have no control over the sea!

We recently went on our first river and…
We recently went on our first river and ocean cruises using 2 different cruise lines. Darren handled both of these trips for us. He was able to get us on-board credits we were not aware of, he fully explained the onboarding and off boarding processes so there were no surprises and helped my sister when she wanted to join our cruise.Darren responded to all of our emails and calls very timely. This guy really knows his stuff! We feel like we are in excellent hands when we have Darren in our corner!

Three bookings so far!
Earlier this year, we booked our third Viking cruise with Darren of Cruise Direct. He is very efficient and responsive, and his expertise has helped us to secure cabins that fit our preferences. After we had booked our cruise for next July, we were talking to friends of ours and they expressed interest in that same cruise, and I gave them Darren’s contact info. He worked with them to book the cruise and also placed them in the same hotel we are using before the cruise. Highly recommend Cruise Direct!
