My Trip Travel Insurance Friends Helped Me
Chatting with Hayley was a good experience. She gave me a lot of guidance as to which way I should go in preparing for our trip. Speaking with Amanda gave me a chance to get any additional questions answered, and actually complete the policy purchase over the phone. Overall a good experience.

I was looking for a less expensive alternative insurance to what was offered by the cruise line with comparable benefits. It was easy to compare. I liked the pros and cons section about the insurance offered by the various cruise lines. Got pretty much the same coverage for half the price.

Easy to compare options.
I was presented with options I could compare on one page. I could open each to see details of the each policy. Once I selected the option I wanted, I received a confirmation email from your website as well as a separate email from the provider. I wrote down all of the pertinent information, including email addresses and phone numbers, from both your site and the insurance carrier.However, I noticed that there were multiple phone numbers and email addresses listed — both on your site and from the actual carrier — and in some cases they were different. For important matters such as claims or emergencies, I would prefer not to have multiple contact numbers or email addresses for the same purpose, as this can create confusion.
