I'm so glad I found Nevada Traffic Ticket Pro online after our son's car accident. They were so courteous and made the whole process incredibly simple. They managed to get the ticket reduced to a parking citation, and the cost was amazing! Thank you so much for your help—we really appreciate it!
Great communication and professional staff, but lacking in transparency. I paid $100 only to find out their 'service' is literally just selecting a drop-down option on the Las Vegas Justice Court website. If you haven't had a ticket in 3 years, the court lets you reduce certain violations to a parking ticket (with zero points and no traffic school) just by paying a fee online. I essentially threw $100 away.

Contracted them to reduce a speeding ticket I was offered by the court to pay them $150 to get it dropped down I paid them $79 to give me the same offer that I could have got myself. I thought the point of this service was to get you a better deal then what you could have got yourself through the court system complete rip off if I had there would have been a space on there for a negative one that's what it would have been. I highly recommend handle it yourself through the court it'll be the same price you'll probably get less in my case they just handed me the offer the court did and got paid $79 for free waste of time and money.
